Good luck to you both.

I rang eserv again today and they can't find anything on their system with the post code. They said maybe the lender hasn't instructed the valuation. They did.... 10 days ago!!!! So cross!! Been sat here like a lemon waiting when the valuation hasn't even been booked in. Don't understand whats going on. Waiting on our broker calling me back!

Our valuation has been booked tomorrow, as in Scotland think it may be a desktop val. Hoping for some news either this week or next.

We've been asked to provide a letter regarding a loan we took out which was closed back in 2014 but it still showed up on VIDA's end, the broker said that because they flagged it they are on the fence with our application now. I luckily have the letter from the loan company 2 years ago so It's been sent in now, we need to know ASAP as the estate agent has said the sellers have been told that they could loose their property this week. We are now completely stressed

@Rickydewitt ohhh gosh, why does them asking that make them on the fence? They went through us with a fine tooth comb too... asking total random questions and proof of different things.

Yay! Happy that you valuation is booked!! Hopefully you get your offer next week.
I honestly don't know what it mean's to be fair, all I can do hope for the best. I think is quite complex so they are picking through each detail, which I expected.

Well again we have a note on the file today to say they are now at 26 working days from given to the underwriter and thats today but they will update us tomorrow by COB

They said our case is complex too... for 3 "reasons" ....and they passed our underwriting, so don't lose hope! Stay positive 👍

Oh my goodness 😔 they're open till 5.30pm I think so potentially still time for an update this evening. If not, hopefully tomorrow is the day 🤞

Vida called our broker at 5pm saying an offer would be over this evening... still nothing.

Thank you!!  After weeks of freaking out because everything was moving so slowly, I'm now freaking out because our solicitor is still pushing to settle this Friday and things are moving to fast!

I see you have your valuation booked now, I hope you have your offer soon!x
