LHH Scotland cottage booking refund

Hi All,
I cannot believe that this company have been ripping off so many people. I too come back to this site after receiving an unsolicited email stating LHH would refund new bookings if area put into lockdown. I am the OP and I did cancel my booking because my parents have to shield until the end of July, so could not go. (So glad my dad knows nothing about What was meant to be a lovely surprise for his 80th!). LHH got very heavy handed and threatening with me and their solicitor actually called my work place. Was letting it go and moving on but you lot have re-energised me regarding the unfair, unjust and totally excessive charges. I’ve reported to CMA, watchdog and Also had my review pulled from Trustpilot (no breaches in T&Cs but hey ho). Onwards to MSP, STB and anyone else I can find. They really are a disgusting company.

Have just lodged a complaint re LHH on Visit Scotland.  Not sure how much benefit it will be, but worth a try.  It's another body that will know what is going on.  I also gave them moneysavingexperts forum page address as well as Trustpilot.

The most effective route for complaining and action remains through the CMA at this Gov.uk site. Takes a few minutes on-line

I would urge anyone with a grievance to use this in addition to all and any other routes. Another reminder that  there is a dedicated and increasingly active site of Facebook for complaining about LHH.
Search for "Let down by LHH Scotland" and join the in making your feelings known. Pressure is mounting. It is a private group site but all welcome to join and force a change of policy.

Ive already lodged my complaint with CMA, Letdown by LHH and Trustpilot.  Visit Scotland is another place where one can lodge their complaint and be heard.

I read this and was again gobsmacked by this woman....may I suggest that the newspaper and each person mentioned in article is made aware of your turmoil by this woman.  Also does she not have another surname!!!
