Hi Bev, I am still unable to reach the correct page on Facebook. What am I doing wrong? I log into Facebook then put in a search for "Letdown by LHHScotland" but nothing comes up. I am very eager to air my views re still no refund of my £1710. Many thanks

I have this evening written a personal email to the First Minister (Nicola Sturgeon) and copied it to the Scottish Tourist Board.
The pressure is mounting and I am personally citing Wynne Bentley - the Managing Director of LHH who has sent me an abrupt and dismissive email. MSE; Which? consumer magazine; the Competition & Markets Authority are all actively involved.
This insn't going away but we need everyone's help to pile on the pressure. A complaint on this forum is not enough. We all know! Write to your MP, or any of the above regulatory bodies, including Trading Standards. That was the action that compelled Sykes Cottages to reverse their original stance. Thank you all.3 -

Thankyou Sutch for all that info. Will get onto Facebook and write. Well done for reporting LHH to important people/places. I agree with you - there is strength in numbers.2

Interesting article in the Scotman a day or so ago where Wynne Bentley is waxing lyrical about the amount of new bookings (and money) LHH is getting in!
