The reviews are being pulled because LHH are unreservedly flagging the poor ones as a breach of Trustpilot guidelines. Unfortunately it seems that Trustpilot are every bit as corrupt as LHH because its only the reviews flagged by the business in question that get redacted whilst they 'investigate' them. Hardly transparent.

Latest Trustpilot review from a lady named Helen, posted on here to keep it in public domain before LHH report it and it disappears into cyberspace...
Having read the reviews below I can concur with the very negative reviews regarding non refund of sizeable deposits due to cancelled holidays during lockdown. I am somewhat surprised to see several positive and extremely glowing reviews which have suddenly been posted after lockdown. I too am out of pocket by £527 for a non refunded deposit. Like others here I had no issues dealing with the hotels (for our journey up and down to Uig, nor with Cal MAC for our ferry booking from Uig to Tarbert: they were helpful and supportive and full refunds given. Recently (during lockdown) I had 2 other holidays cancelled due to Covid and both refunded easily or offered credit notes. These included: flights, hotels, hire car, (for an overseas holiday in Sicily), and another holiday cottage company in Northumbria. We have just had our postponed holiday in Northumbria which we extended and paid extra money for. This company have been fantastic. I have been so upset and stressed over LHH’s handling of this. Their attitude and communications have been rude and abrupt. I have logged it with the CMA and have pursued the refund of the deposit via my debit card provider’s charge back scheme (Barclays). My bank agreed that the situation definitely met the criteria for going through this process. I also consulted my solicitor who confirmed that the Covid situation and lockdown meant that LHH could not “rely” on their T&Cs as they are now null and void because the contract could not be fulfilled. I will never book with this company again. We holiday in Scotland every year. This was the first time we had booked with LHH we previously always booked with Scottish Cottages and I rang them and asked what they were doing in the circumstances. They confirmed they were refunding deposits, or issuing credit notes for future use, or allowing customers to re-book for another date. None of these options were allowed or discussed by LHH. I would have been delighted to re-book for next year but I was flatly refused. I then received a marketing email last week from LHH stating that holidays booked after last week would receive a refund of the deposit in the event of another lockdown either in the area of the holiday home or in the postcode area of the customer. That did not sit well as I am sure you can imagine, I have sent this to the department in Barclays who are dealing with the charge back claim.

For anyone who is not aware and feels the need to pursue this further

And another one on Google Reviews: - never give up
Our party of 4 people never got to enjoy our holiday. We paid our deposit and later our balance totalling £902. In the event the Covid-19 pandemic meant that is it was both impossible for us to take our holiday and equally impossible for LHH to provide this service.
Whilst I make no criticism of them or the property owners for a circumstance beyond the contemplation of any party, I do strongly object to LHH refusing to restore all parties to their former position which is the legal recourse under circumstances of impossibility of performance or "legal frustration"
LHH has behaved aggressively ; illegally and reprehensibly as evidenced by the the vast amount of complaints logged on "MSE forum LHH" ; Google reviews; Facebook "Let Down by LHH"; responses from the Competition & Market Authority ; Scotland.Gov; Trustpilot; Which consumer magazine; " Visit Scotland " 2 x Scottish MSP's; Daily Mail; Sun Newspapers; & "The Scotsman" amongst others.
The Managing director of LHH is Wynne Bentley at LHHS
I urge anyone who has lost their holiday and their hard earned money to report their experiences on the many social media forums to expose this corrupt and disreputable firm at the earliest opportunity.
A large number of regulatory bodies are on their case. Your participation will help many victims of this disreputable company to seek justice.

This evening I've added a review to Google Reviews which previously I wasn't aware of their existence :-

On 23rd July 2020 Sutch said: I'm currently investigating the legal process for personally prosecuting a director on the basis of wrongful trading and illegal activity which is removed from taking action against a legal entity. This is an action distinct from prosecuting a company whereby - directors may find themselves personally liable for the debts and obligations of their company based on their personal conduct and disregard for the law.
I would like to give the director and owner of LHH Scotland, Wynne Bentley (aka Wynne Shilland) the benefit of the doubt. I don’t think that she is necessarily a greedy and immoral person. I think that she may have been given erroneous legal advice by her solicitor who could in fairness, have been a bit out of their depth. It is now difficult for her to back down. It is admirable that Wynne has clearly tried to protect her key customers, the property owners, and allow them to keep all the money. BUT this is at the expense of her other set of customers, the property renters, who in many cases have lost all of their money. You need both sets of customers for a successful business. To be told that LHH have no legal responsibility to refund any money and the property renter should seek recovery from their insurer is just not fair and equitable. Why didn’t LHH and the property owners have insurance?
The owner of LHH Scotland must now be finding herself increasingly being painted into a corner. There is growing public awareness of the unfair treatment of her customers, increased interest from the media and overwhelming legal opinion from the likes of the CMA that she has not acted in the spirit of contract and/or consumer protection law. LHH Scotland now stands virtually alone in refusing to refund money to it’s customers. So, LHH Scotland and your legal advisers, fess up, admit you got it wrong and acknowledge that you were a little bit hasty with your communications. Please do the decent thing and refund people’s money. You have boasted in the press that business is booming so cash flow should not be a problem.

As some of you know I read this thread and hope to see it has been resolved....(in May was worried about another company who response was great).
It is great the gusto and pressure you maintain....just reading the previous thread and mention of owner clearly protecting her property owners....made me think what lily put land they are living in not approaching LHH to ask should they be refunding monies in line with other rental companies etc. Yes they can bury there heads in the sand and stand behind this women's stance - but wonder if some have asked whether they should. The company I was booked with had nearly all it's owners agreeing to rectifying problems, regarding money paid and rearranging booking in future
Keep battling.1 -
To be fair i have noticed that Trustpilot has reinstated some of the previously removed reviews0
