    Hey!
So sorry it’s been so long! Everything just seems to have been crazy busy, with work and study and just life really. Have been working loads including weekends so it’s finally tapered off which is good for the stress levels. I haven’t been sleeping well so have been napping during the day too, the clocks changing hasn’t helped.
Sooo update wise. I’m still working through my nutrition course and really enjoying it. Have 2 clients now! My own eating has been better, although the last 2 days haven’t been great but it’s been more circumstance than anything.
So back on it today. Did two classes for children which should pay me £160 which is good. Just need to send the payment form back!
Am at a complete loss with money at the moment, no idea where we are with it. Need to sort that out, so that’s a job for tonight, along with the payment form.

We’re speaking to the accountant this afternoon to have another conversation as to whether we can buy the house. Really need some advice as to what they take into account with regards to getting a mortgage. Does anyone know a good forum on here or somewhere I can ask questions? It’s not cut and dried being business owners and self employed.

    Good things....
I went to see my sister on Monday to wish her happy birthday so that was nice. Although a bit spendy. And went for a walk with my friend.
Have a date with friends on Friday which I’m very excited about!
Been doing the odd survey so making around £5 a week from that.

    Things to do by Monday...
    Look into savings money etc.
sort washing, it’s all clean.... just everywhere!
    Speak to accountant.
    Speak to Landlord.
See dad as it’s his birthday tomorrow,
also get his present and card.
    Tidy playroom
    Tidy Spare room
    Tidy kids bedroom
    Shopping list/meal plan

That’s it for now, but I’ll no doubt be back later with updates 🙄.
Bit hungry actually. Think it may be time for my porridge pot. I forgot to make it for breakfast so lunch it is!
Need to hang the washing up too.

Off to catch up with diaries x

    Hello!

Sounds like your nutrition course is going well! No idea about mortgages I'm afraid, although the mortgages board is generally helpful on here. I suppose different lenders will take different things into account.

Lovely to see you back, good luck with sorting all the dosh things out tonight. Enjoy your porridge!

I haven't been on there for a while, but the mortgage board on here used to be really good and there were some mortgage advisors who used to post.

Thanks @jwil I’ll pop over there and ask some questions!

Work is done, just cooking dinner and drinking tea. Have got really grumpy as haven’t trained today and haven’t eaten as well as I could have. Trying not to outwardly be though. Think I’m going to have dinner and immerse myself into the diaries.

Been super grumpy and unmotivated the last couple of days. Really couldn’t shake it. But OH Is up early today, and we’ve been sat in bed reading and he even made me tea! So feeling much brighter!

Won £75 on the Premium Bonds so very happy with that. Am running a very tight ship for money. Had to buy dad a birthday present and friend some treats as she’s poorly. I budgeted everything the other day but forgot about this so that’s £25 down but made up for by the PB win. Haven’t checked OH’s actually so maybe he’s won too!
Have to go to work at 1 and have a list to update before then. But just happily drinking my tea. Had hot cross buns in bed for breakfast.

House is a tip but I’ll get OH to do the dishwasher whilst I’m doing the work list.
Have the call with the accountant at 3. Then home by 4.30 and have friends round at 7.45. So will have time to do some bits this afternoon.

Need to shower actually, my hair is a birds nest!

Also need to look into presents for May to try and be prepared for her birthday. Managed another survey yesterday so that got me another £2. Will have £10 in prolific when it finally tracks!

Will do an update on money later.

Ok home! Did some work, trained very quickly. Didn’t speak to the accountant as was in a meeting! Got home and emptied bins, cleaned downstairs loo, tidied lounge and sorted sofa. Cleaned worktops and sink and unloaded and reloaded dishwasher. Have showered, now sat on the sofa. Eating crisps, drinking tea and watching motherland!

Very excited as friends are bringing burgers round later. And OH bought beers earlier. Have no work tomorrow until 0930 now so can chill a little bit.

OH is on a bit of a finding rampage, he’s lost his late fathers watch. He hasn’t seen it in about 3 years but now he’s desperate to find it. He’s moved twice in that time. We’ve been through the garage, the loft, the office and it’s not there. I don’t know what else to suggest 🤷🏻‍♀️.

    Morning!
I’m having another sneaky cup of tea in bed this morning. OH is teaching a class but I really couldn’t be bothered to join in. I’m just too tired today. But am loving my cup of tea. Have classic FM on in the background and a cat on my lap. Lovely!

Had such a nice evening with our friends. We just ate burgers and chatted. Got work and bits to do today. Have just put the dishwasher on and fed the cats.

Going to sit and chill and decide on money and things for the next little while. But for now..... cuppa.
