Prolific was quiet for me at the weekend. Today I spotted one and it was full the second I applied...so nothing since Friday. I had a lovely run of them last week, so hopefully it will pick up for us all tomorrow.
Well done on Tesco...we spend loads and seem to have nothing in! Must try harder 😖
Hey suzanne, I managed to get a survey on prolific today which was my first one for 87p which is good I think, it was a bit random though. Swagbucks has been a bit rubbish with screening me out after 5 Minutes of question answering,
then immediately doing the exact same thing. I’m trying to keep the shopping low This week but I have plenty of meat in the freezer and buying chicken thighs is knocking off about £5 off the bill.

Just had stew, it was nice considering I only had potatoes and carrots to put in, the dumplings didn’t really rise though which was a bit disappointing!

My mum always put pearl barley in a stew...I really should get some as it always made it special somehow. Yours sounds lovely, I do love dumplings!
87p was a good survey. The best I had was a £1.50, just the one though!

To make your stew creamier you could lob a handful of oats in.  I add lentils to everything I cook in the slow cooker.

Are you sure you used SR flour for the dumlings :)

Hi Chrystal! I’m pretty sure I did, I think I may have squidged them far too much!
Up early for the early class, I got about 4 hours sleep, I’m so tired! Have to somehow do the class. Go back to bed, do some work, go and get the children, take the cats to the vets, take them home, make the children some lunch, all by 12!

But I’m going to not be grumpy about being tired, I feel like I should be thankful today. I have so much having the children and a roof over my head where so many people don’t have that. I’m just grateful, sometimes it’s easy to forget to be. Anyway I must get dressed!

So, I'm at work, have lots of people painting which is great, I will have to pop to tesco shortly to get them all some lunch. OH took the cats to the vets, and unfortunately big cat is overweight and has poorly teeth! so that's going to be an expense we didn't budget for, but OH will pay for that. But poor puss cat. Put £55 worth of fuel in the car this morning, which comes out of OH's business account, going to see if I can make it last until the end of july. Picked the children up, so wonderful to see them!
Have done one survey on SB this morning but still have lots to try and do to get my quota. Someone has finally paid for their eBay sale from last week after I said I would report them to eBay. so that's £13 more in my account. Postage came to less due to careful packing, so hopefully that will cover the fees. Accounts are a bit all over the place until Thursday depending on whether the car gets picked up.

ooh this weeks Ebay Listings is up to £52.50!

Hi Missymoo.  I automatically open a case after 2 days for non payments rather than email them and get zilch response.  Well done on your sales.

Had the craziest rubbish day, am exhausted! Haven’t stopped all day, Got back from work, then had to do a class then had to go back to work whilst OH put the children to bed, then I had to get the shopping, picked up Chinese because OH paid and I’d had enough. Came home to find OH cleaning the car as have a viewing tomorrow, car took us over 2 hours to clean, then had to unpack shopping, then had to eat, just showered and sat down, did a survey for a good 20 mins to only get screened out!!!! And I’ve had someone retract a £10 bid on eBay!!!!!!! Argh.

Sorry about your busy day. To be honest I gave up on SB very quickly as I just kept getting screened out but normally when is done a huge chunk of the survey. Pr0lific may be less frequent but you know when you’re in you are going to get the cash!

Morning! Ah thanks PF. Feel mildly better today. Have another ridiculous day again, just sitting and watching a film with the children before first class. Going to try and make some banana bread later. Hopefully have someone buying my car today but you never know with these things! So I need to meet them at 12, I’ll bring the children back so they can scoot around the park for some fun. Have people coming to help paint again at work but not until 2. Shouldn’t spend any money today. Happy with the amount of shopping I got yesterday, should last all week.
Not a lot to update otherwise. Hope you’re all ok x
