I wonder how many other mistakes this particular judge has made, Perhaps someone should investigate. You never know how far you can go until you go too far.2

HHJ Simpkiss does not appear to be the lead judge for that area or financial remedy. It does not appear to be the first time that he has got things wrong either.

Coupon-mad said:I make no comment except the fact that he said he was a Recorder, working in crime cases for years, I believe.
He said quite openly in the costs hearing that @bargepole attended (and where we also had an observer taking notes) that he became a Circuit Judge, having never been a DJ or DDJ and having done just one week of civil cases as a Recorder.
What are you guys going to do about HHJ Simpkiss as he cannot be in the interests of the public1 -
Thank you for your continued support of my friend and your suggestions and comments. This judgment is clearly questionable on so many levels. Just in case anyone new joins the conversation here, I am posting the link to the Argus again as it does have the fundraising link at the end. https://www.theargus.co.uk/news/19345921.driver-must-pay-almost-4k-one-parking-solution-stopping-eastgate-wharf-lewes/?action=success#comments-feedback-anchor
