Snakes_Belly said:I hope that the story gets picked up by the Nationals to help Norma. Also to draw to attention to how the PPC's are still shafting the motorist and how little fairness that the motorist receives in the process as a whole. This was a small claim for goodness sake.
Roll on the CoP.
Because the likes of the BPA has attempted to throw a spanner in the works, it will be delayed.
The good thing about that it we all keep our jobs and will continue to get the scammers spanked in court
There is a case for government to create a government based ATA, JUST ONE, and kick the BPA and the IPC into the long grass or a shredder .... where they belong3 -
Hope Norma is doing ok in this awful situation.2

Something is wrong if people can't afford to challenge a judgment that says PPCs don't need landowner authority.PRIVATE 'PCN'? DON'T PAY BUT DON'T IGNORE IT (except N.Ireland).

It is harmful for a judge to say that landowner’s authority is not required when the DVLA states it absolutely is.4

I wonder what Sir Greg Knight would think of this case? If the bill was still going through the first stages I bet that this case would have been discussed.
Under the new single appeal the charge may have been cancelled at this stage and not even made to court. The ticket would have only been for £25.00.
It seems very unfair.

DJ Harvey made the right decision ? What does this say about the county court system which millions must trust to have a fair hearing
The circuit judge did not offer this and behaved so badly with such a feeble understanding of the parking industry.
In my opinion, this matter must be taken over the head of this circuit judge who must be investigated. Exposure of a flawed county court system is well overdue

Surely a complaint to the line manager would not be ignored. I often wonder why people do not consider Occam's Razor.
