Whilst everything posted recently may be factual, I think we need to be careful that any commentary doesn't veer towards character assassination of the said HHJ.Jenni x4

At some point, someone, an MP perhaps, wilkl ask awkward questions about this decision. The best thing we can do it keep it up there with Ollie Robinson. You never know how far you can go until you go too far.2

Jenni D is right, I know we are all really unhappy about the Judgement of HHJ , but it is really important we temper our words. I don't know what they did , but they were banned a week ago. 33 thousand posts too.Jenni_D said:Whilst everything posted recently may be factual, I think we need to be careful that any commentary doesn't veer towards character assassination of the said HHJ.

If landowner authority isnt required, then I can set up in a field somewhere, lets say near a beach/popular area and run an ad hoc car park.
lets say £2.50 upto 1pm and £5 all day.
Ive been involved with event car parks/parking in grass fields before so I can easily get access to high vis jackets, two way radios, pay/money pouches, tickets to give to motorists ( ie paid for parking) and some signs.
And instead of it going towards some charity as is the usual method, it can go to pocket.
It's surprising how much an operation like that can take. From the Plain Language Commission:

Litigants should have a right for their case to be heard by a judge with the level of expertise that is appropriate to their case. That does not always happen and why it is a lottery.
I don't want to see decisions such as the criteria based decisions of the IAS however in a hearing the judge should have knowledge of the specific areas of law and be able to apply that knowledge.

If landowner authority isn't required, I could park a burger van at OPS's registered office and sell "food", or park a banger and sell car parts.I married my cousin. I had to...I don't have a sister. All my screwdrivers are cordless."You're Safety Is My Primary Concern Dear" - Laks5
