Have just donated. Sent back my DQ last week and regret putting preferred Court in West Sussex😭😭😭 after reading this, what an absolute shocker.

No reason you cannot change the court to another area you are between three counties
REASON: Unfair process
Wonder what the "hands on judges" in the sussex area think about this HHJ 
And those judges will know that a contract is essential for a parking company.?

I think that that court and that judge may now know that many here think that his decision was unsound.

There are county court judges on this forum, most just to read to understand, some will actually post but will not reveal themselves
