I assume this is one of the 2 cottages with the garage on the right. They were operating from that garage when I visited. I'm certain of that because that door on the far right was open when I was there and I could see in (no doubt the cop car was a regular visitor lol);

This is an image of the barn adjacent to it in April 2017 (is that 95 Arundel Road?), which at that time, had an "Ethical" sign out front, which I believe is OPS in it's old form of "Ethical Parking Management" (or something like that). They got a conditional discharge for using a prohibited company name "Assured guarding" or something around that time as well. There are signs dotted about that seem to reference that company;

This is the same barn in 2020, which was converted into a cafe (if I remember correctly, I think that barn was in the process of being converted to Bex cafe when I visited in Sept 2018). The cafe is still there I think.

Bex Rooms appears to be an outbuilding behind the cafe;

So it seems that some time between 2008 and 2018 they did operate from 95 Arundel Road but moved over to that garage. If they are registered at 95 Arundel Road then it seems likely this is not true.{Signature removed by Forum Team - if you are not sure why we have removed your signature, it's probably Gladstones}2 -

Glad to see that it has been covered by a local newspaper. Let's hope that the Daily Mail get hold of the story. They hate the PPC's.

I hope that the story gets picked up by the Nationals to help Norma. Also to draw to attention to how the PPC's are still shafting the motorist and how little fairness that the motorist receives in the process as a whole. This was a small claim for goodness sake.
Roll on the CoP.
