Is anyone else having this problem, I am trying to complete an assignment but all the comments boxes only allow between 8 and 15 characters to be entered _ i have tried to phone them to find out if this is normal, but their office is closed - I know I have done a report for them before and I had space to write good comments! But I have to go out (school disco!) in a bit and realise I cant leave it until Monday to find out as they will not like it... The last report I did for them allowed amaximum of 3 characters but luckily there were only 4 questions and I could manage without the extra space! Please someone tell me if I have missed something silly....
I think there's someone in the office on Saturdays. It's definitely worth a try.0 -
I'm sure it said that to me, but if you keep writing it disappears! You can the write as much as you want.
Which MS company is referred to a AB? Perhaps ABC or ABA?
ThanxI'm getting older, and lifes getting harder!:mad:0 -

I was just going to post that. I have just done it. I marked them as very poor on fees and slated the length of their questionnaires giving an example in the end bit for your summary saying many shoppers are not keen now to do for example a pub visit where you may travel and hour round trip to get there, spend 45 minutes having a pint of ale and a cocktail return home fill in a questionnaie full of repetitive questions all for a fee of £5 which barely pays the petrol.
On the bit how do we compare with other MS companies I said badly on assignments and payments.
Will they let us know the result of the survey one wonders.
I urge as many as possible of you to respond to this survey. It is our big chance to put our own case forward.Clique member no 1.:D0 -
i made pretty much the same points as you in my answers aswell
i forgot to add that you get entered into a prizedraw... do you think we'll still get entered if we say bad things about them! :rolleyes:What matters most is how well you walk through the fire0 -

Have done the RE survey....hehehehe!
Had my first ever query on a report too this week. I had one email and two answerphone messages left in the space of 3 hours yesterday about it.
Are all the queries as stupid as the ones I had?
e.g.RE: "Are you sure there was litter on the tables?" Me: "Yes"
The RE lady told me I was contradicting myself (the cheek of it!!) on one question where I'd put that the person hadn't smiled, and then on the next question that I'd been given a friendly verbal greeting. I was just blunt with her and restated what I'd already written....0 -
Just catching up. 1 of my stamp ones was for over 55s (showing for me, even thoI'm younger) and there was no limit on the other two. No purchase either sadly - just checking leaflets and thinking about it, may it isn't exactly the same firm as the one on Gap, as this was for the "firm" who do the savings products and not for UK....... as they were called on Gap.
I did a leaflets one in the stamp shops before and it was for GfK, so maybe this isn't who Gap's work has gone to. Perhaps they've just stopped MS'ing their stores - they have just made a loss, haven't they? So perhaps they think it's time to cut back a bit?0
