RE don't log your age on your details so this shouldn't affect who can see the stamp shops. (I don't have any either).Never mash cheese: it bends the fork.0 -

I'm doing my last MS today !
Been doing it for about 2 months and have done enough shops to pay for 1/2 my holiday so it served a purpose. However, I'm now finding that the time involved and the constant questions over reports  are not worth all the hassle IMO so i've decided to knock it on the head. Also gardening season is here and as we've just started to grow our own, I need to spend the time tending my seedlings !
Thanks to all on here for the help and advice - it's been invaluable !
Good luck to all the new 'shoppers':jWeight loss to date 1st 11.5lb :j0 -
Had problems this morning with Gap and the military assignments. Two at the same location but you need to contact base first so that access can be arranged. First phone number does not exist and second one is for a base 60 miles away. Upshot being cannot get access so cannot do the job.
They are quick enough to penalise shoppers for "mistakes" bet they won't give me anything for inconvenience.0 -
Paul I'd be interested to see how those jobs turn out if you get to do them....0

I will let you know, they seem a little strange as it is going to be difficult to maintain the mystery if you are escorted!

I thought that - lets hope they try and remain subtle and don't actually 'put' you in the cafe!0

The Silver Certification wasn't too bad - there were approx 65 questions & one or two that I wasn't sure about, & don't know if I got right (you have to get 80% to pass, which I obviously did, but I wish they'd let you know your score - at the end it just has "Congratulations, you've passed!") I just looked on the MSPA site & it gives you all the details on how to do the test. It's 15$, though afterwards I'm sure I saw it on another site & it was in Euros, & worked out slightly cheaper. There are loads of notes to read beforehand, so I just printed them all off & refered to them if neccessary. It does say that no two tests are the same - the questions will be different for each person! I'm sure the majority are the same though. I printed my Certificate off & it has pride of place in the study! Ours is full of all our daughters achievements, so it's nice to have at least one of my own! I might do the Gold one next - that's on DVD now, though costs around 99$ so I'll see. Don't know if it will make any difference at all to getting jobs, but I enjoyed doing it anyway! By the way, I'm near Asda in Bearsden.0

i used to work in a shopping centre in birmigham and as far as im aware most large indoor shopping centres across the country have banned photography and video recording. the security was very strict about it. it was implemented around the time of the london bombings and is an anti-terrorism ruling. the police even had a campaign asking members of the public to be aware of people taking photos and to report it.
id say make sure you have all your paperwork to hand and the phone number for the company you're working for ready to hand over. im pretty sure people suspected of terrorism would probably get put in a cell no questions asked.
its a mad world we live inWhat matters most is how well you walk through the fire0
