    Hi Sarah

Its the 28th of the month. The 12th, I believe is the cut off for payment at the end of that month, anything after that will be the end of the following month. Hope that makes sense!

They always send out a pay advice by regular mail at the same time with details of what you've been paid.

Yeah that makes sense, thank you very much! That's nice and quick too! Done my first 3 jobs for them this last week, all pubs which went on my new credit card, so be nice to pay it all off when the bill comes through instead of having to wait a month. Not made much from the jobs but had some lovely meals!

Yes, I'm looking forward to payday from them this month too. I did a couple of horrid nightclubs but they paid a reasonable fee for those, so I'm trying not to complain too much!

I missed out on those, think it'd be quite fun! I'll keep a watch out for them for next month though!

For me it's nice to get out of the house and do different things. I never would have gone to any of the places I have shopped so far, but I will go back, especially to the one I had lunch at today as it was lovely, and it's only 5 minutes from where I work. I didn't even know it was there until today!!

I'm live in leeds city centre (for the next week anyway) at Leeds Uni, where is this place for lunch? lol is it in the city centre??? hehe

Moving down south to Maidstone next weekend for my first (proper) job, so having to email all MS companies or change my details on the websites to get offers for different areas, nightmare!!!!!!

Oh and relating to the talk about companies becoming ever stricter, just done a bank job for Gfk today and it seems they don't believe that many actually do the visit, so have added this as their last question:

FOR VERIFICATION PURPOSES: Please note something that proves that you were at this branch at the time you said and that your feedback is accurate? Should they dispute your feedback, what can you write that would confirm that this assessment is correct

Since when did we actually have to prove we were there; we already provide left/right, staff names, descriptions, etc, Mystery Shopping is becoming like George Orwells 1984 and Big Brother!!!!!!!

Surely a paying in receipt would prove that, wouldn't it? I always pay a cheque in. Just in case they query me.

Exactly, I don't know whether its the clients request not to require paying in receipts, because their system has the capability of uploading documents (as per the betting shops). But on the notes it does not require you to specifically pay in a cheque because you don't have to be a HSBC customer (otherwise it would limit the MS'ers that could do the jobs) hence why they probably dont require you to show a receipt!!!!

Help! Is anyone else having this problem, I am trying to complete an assignment but all the comments boxes only allow between 8 and 15 characters to be entered _ i have tried to phone them to find out if this is normal, but their office is closed - I know I have done a report for them before and I had space to write good comments! But I have to go out (school disco!) in a bit and realise I cant leave it until Monday to find out as they will not like it... The last report I did for them allowed amaximum of 3 characters but luckily there were only 4 questions and I could manage without the extra space! Please someone tell me if I have missed something silly....
Smile ! And pass it on..

Well this last year Ive been in leeds, and parents etc live in Hull so Ive been backwards and forwards. been quite handy really cos Ive had two big cities to choose jobs from and have a justification for travelling so I can go home and see the family.

But no didn't really do any in the "in-between" areas, so it must be somebody else stealing the jobs off you ;)

Do you find it worthwhile ever doing jobs in Leeds/Hull or does the mileage not justify such a distance??
