I did a sandwich shop today and wasnt given a receipt and only realised when I got home doh doh and doh again. At the time the person behind the till threw the change in my hand and walked off so that kind of threw me.
Do you think I wont get paid as cannot produce a receipt ?0 -
It'll be so they can offer you assignments depending on when you are available.
For example, I'll be working less hours when I return to work in January, so I'll untick evenings. That way they won't waste their time offering me jobs that have to be done on an evening as they know I'll not accept them!
Becles ... you've accidentally helped me no end! I was wondering why I hadn't been getting any visits on Grassroots and was looking through this thread to check who else is doing what ... then I came across this post of yours from ages ago ... and realised it was because I'd ticked EVERY box thinking it was showing when I was free! D'oh!!! Now all sorted so hopefully should get some visits!! :T
Thanks!£10 a day in November = £593.31 / £3000 -
Just wondering if anyone has any ideas what happens if no one takes the mystery shops? There're a number in my vicinity which aren't taken and are for the 13th, which is tomorrow? Will the price for the assignment get hiked to encourage folks to do it, or will the company simply leave it? Anyone know of or experienced the same??£10 a day in November = £593.31 / £3000

It depends on the company, GAP will offer a premium, but Retail Eyes will just extend the date, IMS will usually extend the date but offer a little extra. Other companies will phone you up and beg, then it is up to you to cut a deal "Dogs come when they are called. Cats take a message and get back to you" :j :j0 -

Thanks so much Becles and Willspireite. I just read your posts and realised I had done the same thing ticked every box. No wonder I was not getting any jobs!0 -
