Ok, so I'll go by there timings i.e transaction at 17.23, so it 2 minute odd to get to that point, therefore I joined the queue at around 17.21. It's the seconds that get confusing but I'll get my girlfriend to work it out!

I agree, whenever I get a receipt with an incorrect time on it, I adjust mine accordlingly, is is too much hassle for too little pay, to e-mail them to clarify, then for them to e-mail you back and you e-mail them back again.

IF there is a query, they will look at the timings on the cctv and not at the actual time of day.

Thanks, I'll get on with it. I was worried due to not getting staff names that it'd go against me, and I'm still slightly sceptical about it. However I was pleasently surprised at how efficent they was, I presume they know one is due that day or during that time, not a speck of rubbish in car park and salt in the bag and a receipt without asking. Never get that usually!

You can always get round the name tag situation by saying they were obscured from view, so if the staff did have them on, you are not saying they didn't and if they didn't have them, they get the benefit of the doubt.

This is the excuse I always use when I either forget (ooppsie) or just can't see it without making myself look obvious, never had it queried yet.

Yeah, the window was very narrow making it difficult but as not to suggest they weren't, I will fill it in like that.

It's very difficult remembering everything at first, perhaps a Drive-Thru was a challenge for me to start as moving the car, pressing your stopwatch and paying etc without looking funny is difficult. I managed to spill the drink he passed me too in a fluster!

I agree entirely, if you start to be too objective you end up with follow up questions and not getting paid. I don't think I have upset them in anyway perhaps I have just done too many of the same outlets.

Gapbuster by the way they operate encourage their shoppers to submit bland reports, it dos not improve customer service as it is not a true reflection of what is actually happening.

In a sports shop job I have for RE, they ask for the name of the assistant who deals with you. However, in the assignment notes it states that staff uniform is jeans and a tshirt, and NO name badge! How many people ask for the name of the assistant who's fetched a pair of trainers for them?!

I think my friend might like some of these as well. If she comes in, who should she ask for when she comes back - because if she gets you...... :rotfl:

Just trying to sort out my tax return, question regarding the mileage expenses, can you claim for the journey to and from the MS job to home or is it just the journey to the MS job. Thanks
