3rd attempt at TNS fingers crossed0

You can phone them and ask for an extension, use telediscount so the call will only cost 2p per minute. If you just don't want to do the work anymore let them know anyway but it will eventually cancel itself. I had recently visited a location for them which was closed down. I have sent several e mails and the job cancelled itself after 3 days of no results being entered. They did pay me half the fee though. There is the number: 00 32 32 42 87 33.0 -

Thanks for that I will try phoning.0 -
They e-mail you with work as and when it is available in your area, you then have a chance to accept or decline it, if you decline it, you have to give a reason why.
Surveys are readily available to do on their website, but you have to ask for access to them first, call the number I gave on the previous post and they will let you do them if you qualify.
That's new to me with Optimum Contact - I just delete the email, if I don't fancy doing it. So you're meant to accept or decline? I treat the emails like the ones from TNS which just say, we've got these jobs can you do them? and I just delete them if I don't want to do the job.
I want to be able to pick and choose the jobs I do, not have to accept or decline and give a reason the latter - what would I put? Don't fancy it?!? In my email, it just asks me to email back with which stores I can do, so I took this to mean, I won't email if I don't want to do any?
Do you think they'll strike me off?:p
What do other people do, who are with OC?0 -
I don't think so Josie, if it is the bulk mail. Sometimes they reserve some jobs for shoppers and they want to know if you want it or not so they can give it to someone else, (if you don't and give a reason for e.g can't work evenings they just will not offer you that type of work in future).
On another note I just noted the fee cut for the sandwitch job in RE!  :mad:0 -

There is a couple within walking distance from me, and one in a shopping centre I am going to anyway, but I thought NO! I would much rather spend the 30-45 minutes that I would spend on a report watching TV!willowthecat wrote: » indeed!
Just grabbed one before realising the fee change. The cheeky bar stewards!0 -

I just came on here to mention the fee cut on RE.
Very Cheeky. I'm not going to take one this time round !
I agree with you Leila, the report takes a good 40 mins and with the Apprentice and Desperate Housewives to catch up on there just aren't enough hours in the day ;-)0 -

You can ignore the normal emails which offer you a list of jobs. They also make automatic allocations ... much to my dislike when it comes to mortgage visits - I have now complained about it and been taken off all financial visits when I just didn't want to do mortgage visits !!
With the automatic allocations you will have to accept or decline on their website - if you decline you have to give a reason. To my knowledge you don't get penalised for declining automated allocations.0
