Does anyone know of any companies that operate in Spain? I'd love to do MS, but I'm guessing that most, if not all, of those mentioned here only do UK work.

RetailEyes have jobs in Spain at the moment. ;)

    I found these two:

But I can obviously not tell you what they are like as I have no experience with them at all.

Does anyone know if GFK work late on a friday and if they work at the weekend. I have just tried to do one of those "look for people assignments," but with no look in finding them. I am sending them an email and I have tried to re-schedule the job, but it looks like this is the last day for it. I only picked this job up on Wednesday.

Over the last couple of jobs that I have done for them 3 out of 4 have gone wrong as the stores have been closed. Not going well for me at the mo with them. But you can't win them all. I am just wondering if I will get struck off beacuse of this.
If you cannot find them then there is nothing you can do, I had one of those assignments and I had to come back when the staff was not there the first time. They paid me for both trips. I have found GFK one of the best companies to work for.

    Hi
With regards to the 'i can't find a particular person; job...

Perhaps the reason that you can't find them is why they are being mystery shopped??? I always remind myself that there is usually a good reason why particular shops are being shopped; either they are very good [and they want to learn good practices] or they are very bad [and they want to know exactly how and why they are bad].

Does anyone know, for RE pub visits where you have to buy food between a certain time and spend 45mins in there, do you have to be out of the pub between the food shop times? ie. If I have to shop between 12-2pm, would I have to get there before 1:15pm to be out of there before 2pm?

When I spoke to them they were having loads of problems with these assignments so I don't think its been uncommon for people to not find their target person on the first visit.

I get ticked off with this age barring thing. I,m two years older than Maddonna, they wouldnt tell her she,s too old for a pub job would they? They think anyone over 35 wears a tartan skirt and a shawl.... Rant over.

Have done some of these - i think you just have to order you food between 12-2 as this is the busy time they are trying to judge.
  • Help - done a shope today and no where in the questionnaire did it say you had to look at shops either side. Now logged into do report and it says you have to mention left and right of the shop. Any help on this would be great. I know what one was bit not the other.

most companies ask for either side, if you cant get abck to have a look one thing Ive done b4 is ring the shop where I did the mystery shop and say that Im popping into town / retail park and not quite sure where there located, is there any chance they could tell me whos either side that way I def cant get lost.

Works a treat as the assistant thinks there getting a shopper x
