Can someone go to the car park, remove the sticker, take a photo and then put the sticker back on? ;)

I think we know what is behind the sign otherwise BWLegal/Britannia had no need to doctor the picture.

I am still pondering what action to take and to who about this fakery.  Suggestions would be good guys

Why are you hijacking a thread about BW Legal with a query about a Gladstones email address? It's like asking about a Tesco email address on an Asda forum!

  • Sorry to add to this thread.
I'm in a pickle about what to do.
I've recieved a letter from the rodents (bwlegal) from a ticket I had in August 2016. Only just heard from them now for some reason. From what I have been reading am I right in thinking that the £60 debt recovery fee is unjust and that if they take me to court this will get thrown out because of this?? The original ticket was for expired ticket in the hospital as my son's appointment over ran. Car park managed by ntc (norfolk traffic control).
    Thanks

Have you read the post immediately above your own?  You're doing exactly what it asked people not to do.  This thread is about Britannia Parking, not Norfolk Traffic Control and it belongs to another poster. We can't deal with random cases dropped on any random, unrelated thread without causing absolute confusion.

Please read the NEWBIES FAQ sticky, then, when you've done that and you need any further help, please start a new thread of your own, where regulars will give you help specific to your own circumstances.
