    UPDATE!!!
I have just received judgement from Northampton County Court. The claim is "struck out as an abuse of power". This is such a huge relief. Thanks to Beamerguy for his advice and encouragement. Great result!!!
Well done on the win.  It is Abuse of Process but a win is still a win!
My bad, I was a little over excited when posting!

Excellent result. Well done @Alfie_79, and well done @beamerguy. 👏🥂

If these start pouring in from around the country, BWL won't know which way to turn with their Semark-Jullien! 😃

I asked the OP to take a picture of signs which were in a pub and operated by Britannia parking Group..  Knowing that Britannia has a problem with understanding who is the correct entity, I wanted to compare the picture in the BWL witness statement.?
The picture BWL provided had been doctored and cropped at the bottom taking out the Britannia name and all info that must be shown to comply to the BPA code practice ??
BWLegal were asked "who cropped" the picture, was it BWL or Britannia. ?
BWLegal were also asked to prove which entity operated by Britannia was on the cropped picture which was taken by Britannia a couple of years prior.
That is shocking, if that's the case.  You mean the photo of the SIGN had been cropped to remove the name of the parking firm, (perhaps, one might surmise) so that it couldn't be compared to the name on the landowner contract?

I assume this OP will now be making complaints to the BPA about Britannia, plus the SRA about BW Legal?

And I guess if this had got to WS stage already, this strike out was just before the hearing?

WELL DONE!  ANOTHER BW LEGAL / BRITANNIA ONE BITES THE DUST!
Yes, BWLegal were told it would go to the SRA. and more

I want to upload the pictures here, the jpg taken by the OP is OK, but the cropped picture is embedded in the PDF, I am struggling to turn it into a jpg. I can probably do it on the net but so far, they want membership or downloading which includes other rubbish

    Any ideas would be appreciated

Thanks Keith, never knew about that tool but it works.

Note, the first picture has been cropped at the bottom and the top

FIRST PICTURE:   This was sent by BWLegal

SECOND PICTURE:  The actual sign as it is today

Can you find on GSV if the sign used to have a different version of Britannia on it?

    That sticker looks new.

The problem is that the pub is in a row of houses with a space driveway that cars drive into the back
Cannot get GSV to go up the driveway
