funkycredit said:On the app - where do you see rewards? I've got to mess around clicking into account then at top by my balance the reward account text is a link. I click that and a popup appears. Is that normal or should there be a dedicated rewards icon somewhere?I'm going to apply for a second rewards next week. My first was only opened last month. As soon as I login to my app, I see 4 sections1. Reward account section: My name, balance and Reward account number and sort code2. MyRewards section: MyRewards, its available balance and also shows pending balance (which are in process to add it to my available balance)3. My loyalty cards secton: looks like a new section, where you can loyalty cards like Tesco clubcard, Boots advantage card4. Accounts with other banks: Here you can add account from another bank via openbankingMay be your new account is new and haven't rec'd any reward, the app doesnt show it yet. Try checking online banking. There is also myrewards.natwest.com where you can login and check balance, excahnge rewards, etc...

Just applied for, and immediately opened a second reward with £1k overdraft and was given act number and stuff there and then. It's not showing on the app yet. Weird. Wonders if the dreaded AVU dept will say no now
As an aside I also opened a third virgin current act Earlier and put the grand in already. That's all on the app with my new balance. Anyhoo will update if and when I know more. I pay around 18 DD's monthly so easy for me to fill.1 -

give few days, it will show hopefully. For Virgin, you had to go to branch to open the first account or it was all online?

@funkycredit it's near the bottom of the app after bank accounts and before any marketing bits.Mortgage started 2020, aiming to clear 31/12/2029.0

All online. Told me in eligibility for OD that I'd get both account and overdraft. However only one has OD. The other two (apply whilst logged in) didn't allow one. Opened instantly.Ghostcrawler said:funkycredit said:Just applied for, and immediately opened a second reward with £1k overdraft and was given act number and stuff there and then. It's not showing on the app yet. Seems so, but I've waited 3 months between each and said on each that I'll be funded with salary but used for savings. Instantly accepted.ischris85 said:funkycredit said:Just applied for, and immediately opened a second reward with £1k overdraft and was given act number and stuff there and then. It's not showing on the app yet. 18 was an under estimate. I've 24 on Santander and 2 on Barclays, 2 on NatWest rewards & 4 with Co-Op.
errrr, I've pretty much every possible card sadly. So use each for a few quid each month to keep them live.1 -
Well if that's true it could be extraordinarily lucrative, especially with the premier select version and a bunch of £4.50 DDs to Kent Reliance or wherever you can direct it to these days.Ghostcrawler said:just now I had a very interesting conversation with a lady who was from Reward account team. My call was put through to them as it was a question related to reward account. So she confirmed I can have as many reward account provided I keep paying £1250 and 2 direct debits coming out every month from that account. I asked her is there a limit or I can have as many as reward accounts - she said as long as we approve your account when you apply online and pay-in £1250 with 2 DDs, you will get monthly reward in that account. Conversation ended.Based on the call its worth trying and I am certainly going to apply for the second reward account and see how it goes.
100 accounts, £800 net return per month.
Although I suspect they'd shut my account down for commercial reasons long before we got to that point!0
