Only a single payment of £1250 to either account is required to meet the terms of both accounts (as confirmed to me by NatWest CS).

Yes, they appear alongside each other on desktop and mobile app.

Interesting, after reading your earlier posts I too asked the questions you did and was told, rather bluntly I have to add,
"Section 5.4 of the terms and conditions clearly explains that two solo accounts are not allowed, any attempt to circumvent this would lead to at least one account being downgraded to a Select Account."  So I didn't go any further. 
I will watch and see how you go.

True but when you log in and attempt to apply for another Reward Account it does state you cant have more then two Reward Accounts.

The terms do allow it with explicit condition one account is joint.
