I feel no reason to provide details when you're lying about the content of my posts.
    How very convenient.

I really do not see how this argument helps the  OP Nos.

    So, you can accept
    - it wasn't on oath
    - that it isn't a requirement in small claims court?
No I don’t accept.  It depends on the case (for example - tort of deceit against a director of a company).
It's a matter of fact. Their evidence was either taken under oath, or it wasn't. From what you e stated, it wasn't on oath. You're not able to place the, under oath, that's not your place in proceedings.
you also lied by stating I'd said something I hadn't.
I quoted the CPR which proves that evidence need not be taken on oath as well.
I feel no reason to provide details when you're lying about the content of my posts. You even did it while quoting me.
I applaud your efforts. But your diversions here aren't good.
I have brought over 300 claims and lost one.
To save confusion, one assumes that your 300 claims have nothing to do with parking ?????

IMO, anyone who brings that number of claims in a SCC risks beimg labelled a vexatious litigant.  I have bought 4, (none wrt parking), and been accused elsewhere of the same thing.

This is the OP, and for some reason they decided to lie about what I said.

Does it really matter?  We do not know who you are, your good name has not been sullied, you are still the pillar of the community you always were. You wil not be struck off your esteemed Association,  your windows will not e bricked.  Move on.

Sorry if any confusion.  The only other car parking company was CP-Plus/Highview Parking, Worcester where I was the victim of a scam.  Ian Langdon and I had email contact about it, then mediation which failed, and he was defending the case to the end it would seem.  I then discovered his scam and he settled.
If Coupon-Mad wants the claim number, she can DM me.

The process is the same whatever the subject.

I help other people (for free - just saying!) and the majority of defendants settle.

    • So, are you now saying that you have not made 300 money claims yourself.?

Oh crikey - are you being pedantic too ?! I prepare and send the moneyclaims for others having looked at their case and seen it has real merit.  Many people are friends of friends of friends whom I have never met, desperate for help.

If you think that questionning lies is pedantry,  yes I am.  .  You must  realise   that everything you now write is questionable.
