I did not say "does not". Don't use quotes when you're not actually quoting...
I stated, accurately, that it's not required. Hence asking if it was on oath here - and it wasn't, apparently."Was it stated under oath? It's not required in small claims court "Yes. I've been trying to stop this for years now.4 -
Very interested now. Who have you written to? It may be someone I’ve missed.nosferatu1001 said:Yes. I've been trying to stop this for years now.0 -
and for the record, if anyone going forward has a problem with IPC complaints process, I would be pleased to assist.1

Why just IPC members ? This forum has a superb track record of defeating both IPC and BPA members.zhonguonuren said:and for the record, if anyone going forward has a problem with IPC complaints process, I would be pleased to assist.
Mind you, IPC members are easy to defeat and we get all the help we need from the incompetent Gladstones2 -
I have never had any dealings with the BPA - that’s all.1

That would be really useful for me to add to the NEWBIES thread.
We all know that the IPC will tell a complainant to 'do one', but that's not the point. Complaints to the IPC NEED to be done more. Almost no-one complains to the IPC because they make it deliberately difficult to contact them. No other reason.PRIVATE 'PCN'? DON'T PAY BUT DON'T IGNORE IT (except N.Ireland).

No I don’t accept. It depends on the case (for example - tort of deceit against a director of a company).nosferatu1001 said:So, you can accept
