I fought the IPC .....

and the IPC won????????
I sued the IPC for negligence leading to a breach of GDPR. The telephone hearing was nearly 2 hours and the judge said that if (IF) the IPC had known about the parking company‘s predatory tactics before the claim for breach of GDPR the IPC would have been liable. I did not bother complaining to the IAS nor the IPC.

Complain, complain, complain and then complain again.
Gladstones costs were £2,600 which I did not have to pay 😊

The judge was fair - I should have complained ! Don’t make my mistake thinking someone else will do it for you. There had been not one official complaint about the parking company.

Will Hurley said under oath that he would have taken action if he had received a complaint. You heard it here first.2

The IPC make themselves so uncontactable for complaints it's not surprising they hardly log any complaints.
Good effort though! Was your telephone hearing with Will Hurley then? Nasty for you.PRIVATE 'PCN'? DON'T PAY BUT DON'T IGNORE IT (except N.Ireland).

you have to log in to IPC website to complain
Surely bot. are you saying that you cannot complain by letter?
When you say Gladstone's costs were £2600 what do you mean? Was that what they were trying to claim from you,or amounts they actually expended?
I am afraid that the above posts raise more questions than they answer.. I very much doubt that Doris the dinner lady and Pat the Postman will need your advice, which seems to be very much of the stable door closure variety.
Personally, I have found that the best way to conduct such activities is to engage professionals. You never know how far you can go until you go too far.0 -

1) Of course you can complain by letter but IPC argued it has a robust complaints system that was not followed. Remember as the complainant it was for me to prove my case 😎2) Gladstones submitted a schedule of costs. This was always a risk that I would have to pay £2,600 if the judge believed the case had no merit or was vexatious. I think a lot of readers will be interested in that even if you aren’t!3) The stable door is correct in this case. However, if I get another scam parking ticket (likely as I had 2 in 2 years) I will be ready for it!4) I would not pay a lawyer for a claim of £300 (or one up to £10k). In the above case, I would have had to pay my lawyer’s bill even if not the IPC’s.4 -
(likely as I had 2 parking tickets in 2 years)For new readers, I got both cancelled.3

I am not sure what you are trying to achieve with all this. Considering judges are clueless about the IPC / Gladstones scam and with Hurley stating on oath he would have done something is just pie in the sky.
If you seriously want to go on the attack, then get this scam into the heart of government. We would all like the IPC and Gladstones kicked out
And nobody should employ a lawyer on any parking ticket. The moment Gladstones and their other cartel cronies add the fake £60 they automatically sign themselves up to a spanking3 -

and with Hurley stating on oath he would have done something is just pie in the sky. It’s quite important saying something under oath if it’s not true - and it’s relevant to the outcome of the case. It’s called perjury! Mr Hurley is aware I will apply for a transcript of the case and we may meet again.3
