but IPC argued it has a robust complaints system that was not followed.
So do lots of other organisations, including British Gas, EE, and Reading Borough Councii among them. This may take longer, but you get there in the end. If you try to cut corners you can make difficulties for yourself.You never know how far you can go until you go too far.2 -
Was it stated under oath? It's not required in small claims court2

Why not go for the parig company, and the landowner( principal) jointly and then if thats proven tae it further to the DVLA?

Lost the case against the IPC but if I ever get a scam ticket from one of their operators in future, I am confident it will be cancelled without delay !2
