Today is the 7th working day since signing so fingers crossed for today. I have spoken to numerous people at HSBC, just get the same response about it taking longer due to covid. Thanks for putting my mind at ease, hopefully yours comes today then, please keep me updated, I wonder if it might be because on the echosign document it says the documents are due on in my case 14th October so maybe I’m thinking That date might correspond to when the transfer will be complete, as some people say they get there money on the same day or up to 2 weeksAnne x
the due date is mostly likely just a date to return the echo sign but because there’s no time scale for anything we just hoped it’d at least be a date to get the funds by, I did manage to get in contact today’s and they did confirm that and it’s just random, I signed my documents last Wednesday and today I got an update they’re still processing them so no idea when a payout will be, when did you echosign and did you get a pdf confirmation ?
thanks0 -

FlightClubCEO said:FlightClubCEO said:FlightClubCEO said:Signed the documents exactly one month ago today re:BBL/Feeder account. Managed to speak to someone on live chat whilst waiting on hold on the phone. Apparently, I've done everything I need to do and they are waiting on their side, specifically the Account Opening Team who they 'expect' to review in the next few days.
Will update in the next few days. I'm not hopeful judging by some of the comments here regarding how long people have had to wait, however I feel like it is a case of if I failed to follow up, things would continue at snail pace. I think a little nudging is required.
Yes, this is the exact same email I received over a month ago, prior to them sending the documents. The email gives you the application reference number along with the link to check your status, which I did....and it's exactly the same as before Re: Pre-Approval stage. So for whatever reason they have updated my application but it remains 'stuck' in the pre-approval stage (meaning the loan hasn't even been approved yet). Will follow up with them Monday.

I know the repayment plan could be change from 6 years to 10 year,
Do we need to contact the bank to change any terms? Or we don't need to do anything.
