HSBC Bounce back loan

Rang again today and was told something new, the guy I spoke with said that the credit check had expired and needed to be renewed and that this was why my application had not moved forward, he said that this happens every 30 days and was unsure as to why I had not been notified of this before.

More flannel or progress this time?..............

How do you transfer funds once it's arrived in your HSBC feeder account.
No stone wall info on the whole of the Internet.
Whats the process?

It will automatically draw down into your nominated account and the feeder account will close. You don’t need to do anything.

It has never once asked me to nominate an account?
Only the direct debit mandate I filled in on the echo docs have they ever seen the details of the account I want it drawn into.

I’ve never accessed the feeder account - the BBL automatically arrived in the account nominated for DDs in my application / echo.

Well I complained via the customer relations email and got a very positive response.
The advisor could see the loan had been drawn down and was no in my feeder account and had requested that it be in my nominated account within 2 working days.
Yeah that didn't happen.... 
Where do I go from here, getting through on the phone is futile especially it's full of people trying to top there already recieved loans trying to call!!

I went through the EchoSign process on Friday, does anyone know roughly how long the draw down is taking on feeder accounts at the moment?

Was exactly a week for me at the end of October.  Money arrived at 9pm by faster payment system.
