Can someone help me please, I applied for a BBL via HSBC on 06/11/2020 but I have heard nothing since and I have not received the EchoSign documents. I tried calling them and they said they will escalate the matter but heard nothing back. Is this normal, why have they not sent me the EchoSign documents?

Im still waiting, have rang and spoke with a few more people since my last post, always get the same "I cant believe you have had to wait so long Mr Oron, I will sort it for you" and nothing ever seems to happen, I cant go anywhere ells as this is in progress (lol) and have been told that to canncel would work againest me.

Have they opened your Feeder Account and have you applied for a BBL? I applied for BBL on 06/11/20 and heard nothing since.

Signed Echosign for BBL exactly 2 weeks ago now. Not a peep.
Called multiple times, they said it's being "held" and will expedite. I call every few days and get the same thing.

Signed my echosign for BBL on the 12th November.....still nothing!

That is unbelievable. You have been waiting more than a month for the funds after you signed EchoSign? I have not even received the EchoSign documents after applying on 06/11/20. I can't believe how this is allowed to happen in one of the world's biggest economies.

Can I ask how long you had to wait for EchoSign after application?

What evidence do they require for turnover etc. I have been selling online for a few months and have nothing from previous years as I was too sick to work. But I am getting no other support and think BBL is the only way.

They closed applications since October I am afraid. If you have not applied already then it is too late.
