HSBC Bounce back loan

Didn't get my money today. I spoke to someone via live chat this morning who said that it had been signed off their end and they said it should be in my bank within the next 48 hours. This is a total farce.

Shocking, mines been a week now and they haven’t even processed any of it the lady said, she’s put a note on the account so hopefully that’ll speed things up but wishful thinking at this point

Does anyone know if there is a site where these loans applied for can be checked - partners email has been recently hacked, he has his own business and I am worried with all the news of bounce back loan fraud.

I esigned mine on Monday 21st September around 11am, received the pdf immediately after hitting submit and had the funds in my accound just after 9pm on Wednesday 23rd so 2 days (or 58 hours in total) to be precise to get my funds 😄

I don’t get it ? I didn’t get PDF ? But it said signed ? Why do some get PDFs others not and does it make a difference ?

Thanks for putting my mind at ease, hopefully yours comes today then, please keep me updated, I wonder if it might be because on the echosign document it says the documents are due on in my case 14th October so maybe I’m thinking That date might correspond to when the transfer will be complete, as some people say they get there money on the same day or up to 2 weeks

Hi was the due date on the echo sign email the due date to send signed docs back or the due date for funds ? As it says you’ve got 10 days doesn’t it to return signed docs and then they cancel your application ? !! Does anyone know ? How long is it generally taking after signing echo sign for funds? and did you get confirmation PDF after signing ? Thanks all of you !

the due date is mostly likely just a date to return the echo sign but because there’s no time scale for anything we just hoped it’d at least be a date to get the funds by, I did manage to get in contact today’s and they did confirm that and it’s just random, I signed my documents last Wednesday and today I got an update they’re still processing them so no idea when a payout will be, when did you echosign and did you get a pdf confirmation ?
