I phoned them and they asked if I had had pdf confirmation, I said I hadn't received it so they said they would put a 'note' on my file so someone would review it and get in touch if there was a problem, they haven't been in touch so I'm assuming all was ok.

May I ask what number you ring, every time I call I’m on hold for 30 minutes without speaking to  anyone

Hi there. Yes was paid out about a week ago. Money just appeared in my account before 24th September.  Took about a week or so after signing online documents.
That’s good to hear you received payment. Did you receive pdf confirmation before hand?
  • Has anyone managed to top up a a bounce back loan ? I didn’t take maximum as I didn’t think the business needed it back in June but now we need more but bank is saying you can only have 1

It’s not possible to top up a BBL or to get a second one, it is strictly one loan per business.

If you are looking for over £50k in total and the business qualifies for CBILS you could go down that route but the BBL would need to be settled with that.

My experience was; applied for a Hsbc feeder account on 10th June, it was accepted and opened on 13th August, I applied for the Bounce back loan on the same day, received the acceptance email with signature request on the morning of 22nd September and had the funds in my account 2 days later, on the night of 24th September.

My question is, the day after receiving my loan, the government announced the extension from 6 years to 10 years to repay, but is that an automatic extension or do you have to request it?

I think the banks are still awaiting details of how the rule changes will work and apply to customers.
If you need to request it, you will have plenty of time.

Hi thanks for sharing your timeframe, did you receive a PDF confirmation after you signed the documents for the ecosign for the BBL ?
