    I’ve not got a relationship manager or business manager either. Maybe it’s because I only have a turn over of £80,000 pa

    I'm not sure what 'witchcraft' just happened...but I just got my forms to sign and completed them.  :) (smiling even though I now have debt!)

    i really dont like the sound of the people with shared screens messages, only just started to hear about that.

    But i can now comfirm my loan is in my bank account.

    Personal account / sole trader (taxi driver)
    15/05/2020 i made the app
    29/05/2020 Email to CEO (no idea if this made a diff, he didnt reply.)
    02/06/2020 Echo sign this morning, few hours later funds cleared
    02/06/2020 joint bank account with wife funds already gone :P (joking of course :P)
    pretty sure its just a big backlog thats holding things up. so hang in there guys !

    anyone able to tell me who I need to email to or complain to? ive been waiting since mid may literally heard nothing other than email asking if I still wanted the account setting up

    Are you not a Hsbc customer ? 
    You have done well to get a email lol i applied the 4th of May and had nothing. I’ve complying, emailed, spent hours on the phone and nothing in reply

    It’s now 31 days since I applied and still no email. I was promised a call back on Monday again nothing. It’s a absolute disgrace the way Hsbc is dealing with all this

    Applied on 15/5, received application reference via email immediately..,then nothing. No replies to emails and standard automated response on live chat...working through applications, please be patient etc etc

    Update:
    I had finally recived my new Echosign yesterday. Also got the call from complaints department that everything is settled. Money is showing in my account but not as available. DD is set up. All good so far. I applied on the 4th May and then again on the 29th May sondont know which one got accepted. All I can day is just wait and pray. Keep escalating complaints and email {Name removed}
