Try being in my position. I’ve been waiting since the 4th of May, no email from echo signs NOTHING
I know it’s not great for everyone on here but it’s sort of annoying when non Hsbc customers are getting a better service than a loyal Hsbc customer
Have you tried applying again? I think I read on here, there were some problems on the first day..

Well if you signed the agreement and don't get the money for weeks or even months later - I would assume your repayment date is based on the day you signed the agreement and not when the money was deposited.
I don't follow once that you have been succesful and signed the agreement - what is the hold up? All the checks have been made.

    Who told you that?
This is one of the declarations on the HSBC acc.
"Have you already applied and received the funds of an existing Covid-19 scheme: *"
So you may have applied but you have not received your money - so nothing stopping you applying again.
Anyone who has a LTD co should be applying to their current bank as you would have passed all the KYC and AML requirements.

I was told not to reapply by one of Amanda Murphy’s team. He said it causes more problems because it comes up as a duplicate

We are a charity. I Called HSBC to apply for a feeder account for BBL. They emailed a link after 3 weeks to apply for a feeder account online. First question is to select the structure of the business and charity isn’t mentioned on the drop down list. Does HSBC offer BBL to charities? Pls help.

The eligibility criteria on https://www.cbil.business.hsbc.co.uk/bbls/6791eb14-173e-4010-86b6-a8fcb1eeeeda shows that charities can apply for BBL with them

I imagine charities applying for a BBL who don’t already bank with them are an unusual case, so you may need their advice on how to complete the feeder account form (or apply for a charity account)

https://charitybank.org/news/covid-19-emergency-funding-for-charities-and-social-sector-organisations may also point to other avenues of assistance

How are you getting along? Any luck?

  • I have been trying for weeks to apply for HSBC Feeder account with no luck or response. I came across a Feeder Account and Bounce Back loan pdf form which I thought I might fill out to try an other route. Unfortunately, there is no email address to send it to. Has anyone on this forum gone down this route and do you know of an email address to send this pdf form to.
    Many thanks in advance.
