Huge congratulations kizzykizzywizzy, bet your so pleased, can't imagine how great that must feel. Good for you, you'll be debt free in no time and perhaps be a saver then!
Also well done on the job, even if its not much money any money is better than none and at least your doing something and meeting more poeple.
No news from me still, haven't really done much this month towards this challenge, been fairly preoccupied with probs at work, but have been applying for more jobs which could bring me more money.
Hope everyone is getting on ok.:j Live on £4500, £2531/£4500:T 101 in 1001 (52/101):j:beer::j

I tell a lie! My regular £100 has gone out and into my regular savers account, which pushes my total above £2000 now! Still got some work to do!:j Live on £4500, £2531/£4500:T 101 in 1001 (52/101):j:beer::j

andan, I am still actually in shock, can't wait for the cheque to come through & then it will be real! I will be debt free on 27th March!! after paying the extra £623 that the ISA doesn't clear. I haven't been debt free since I was 21 & I'm 37 now! I was also in debt before I was 21 but cleared it.
as for the job, it's the self esteem that it will be giving me after being a stay at home mum that's worth so much to me.
I will still be on this site every day getting tips & keeping myself on the straight & narrow, I won't be rich, as mortgage rate has gone up, but I've been so unhappy for so long with all this hanging over me, it will be life changing for me & my family, & hopefully we may be able to move to a house with a bigger garden soonish & /or have a much needed holiday - all saved for of course.Comping again - wins so far : 2 V festival tix, 2 NFL tix, 6 bottles of wine, personalised hand soap, Aussie miracle conditioner

Haven't been on here for ages. You guys are doing really well. I'm not sure what or how I'm doing at the moment.
I still have £17868 to pay off by the end of September and I only have £917 so far, so I really need to get my finger out.
I think I will update my sig and after saying I can't do the challenge, I think I'm going to 'join up' again...if thats ok??
Now I need to figure out how I'm going make/get some extra money!0 -

Hi FrankieM
How much are you going to aim for this year??
Have you got any stuff you can ebay, books or CDs you can amazon or play.com? Are you doing clicks on pigsback and buying things through quidco? Do you have any skills you can sell in your local area or could you do overtime or second job??
Good luck£34,547 (Dec 07); Current debt: £zilch (Debt free December 2010)

I really need to do the whole lot...really.
I don't actually work, but I'm struggling to fit a job in...and to want to.
I do pigsback and mutualpoints. I could do with getting back into matched betting and getting on with some ebaying.
Not sure about selling my skills...how would you go about that???0 -

Depends on what your skills are
I think there is a thread on up your income but basically you need to identify what you can do that might be saleable (computer skills, cleaning, dog walking etc) then do leaflets to put through doors and cards to put in windows and see if anyone bites.£34,547 (Dec 07); Current debt: £zilch (Debt free December 2010)
