Hi everyone and happy May Day.

Sorry I haven't been around much recently - too much work and not enough sleep in the week, then exhausted and sleeping all weekend. I think one of my priorities has to be trying to sort a better working routine out (or find another job).

It's great to see everyone doing so well.

    Have a good day everyone.

Wow, sounds like your job is very manic polly, hope you manage to find some balance soon. I'm not doing anything exciting this bank holiday, just trying to put together things for my new business, but that won't really start till the end of june/beginning of July, hopefully when it does it will have a nice impact on this challege.

Hope everyone is doing well and having a nice bank holiday weekend.

I did stop faffing yesterday and managed to get my money out of a difficult bookies. My money had been stuck in there since before Christmas but i'd never got round to sorting it out, but with a bit of luck and matched betting i was able to get it. I will add it to this challenge once i receive it.

    Hi everyone.

Well done on the "not faffing" Adnan. It does feel good to finally sort something out - I've just paid off my Virgin Media account (left over from when I changed ISP). It was only £7, but it's sort of been at the back of my mind for the last couple of months. I've had the money to pay it - just kept faffing :o .

On a more positive note, I think I might, finally, be starting to get ahead with things, instead of feeling as if I'm constantly playing catch-up (hope those aren't famous last words!).

Also paid another £26 off miscellaneous debt, so updated totals.

Hope everyone's having a good day.

    Blimey,

Not much to say except that I'm just working my @r$e off to pay as much off as possible.

I know I should probably slow down a bit but all the time eBay seems to be working well for me I feel like i should keep at it.

    Plus... :o

I had a bit of a spurge on make up skincare, sun cream etc and bought a padded exercise mat to make me dread sit ups less - to the tune of £200 in the end - and not all strictly necessary -but that's me done for another year at least.

    I'm off to update totals!

    Love Jacks xxx :D

hi all. its that itme of the month again. i made £170 in the ten pound a day challenge last month paid £250 of the overdraft and have paid the usual £321of debts. so a total of £741 paid of the debts and helping out with other stuff this month. wich im very happy with.

hoping to have a bonus from husband work go into the bank next month wich will hopefully pay of one debt at least. also hoping to clear husbands overdraft this month wich at the moment is looking promising and also if i can after replacing the lawnmower wich i cut the cord to today maybe pay of my annesummers card. wich i realised is a masive 40% interest. fingers crossed for my dream month.
back to comping in 2017, fingers crossed

Wow that interest rate for the ann summers card is crazy:eek:

Sounds like everyone is being very productive though and it sounds like you have things planned out for this month jpwhittle.

Not much to report from me, mystery shopping work is fairly quiet, only two jobs for this week and then no more lined up for after that, so shall have to hope some comes in soon!

Have had to increase my debt slightly due to me setting up my business but hopefully it will be worth it in the end.

Loan got declined today so pretty depressed about that, dont find out why until tomorrow.

May ask the parents if they can Gaurantor it if I reapply, that should help.

Really wanted to get everything into one lowest interest loan and get it lumped off ASAP!
