Hi All, hope everyone's ok. My loan etc has gone out (my car loan finishes in september, I can't wait!). So totals updated. Looks as though I'll be in your neck of the woods Taxi at the end of June for a few days. My Mum fancies getting away for a few days so has asked me to go with her (she's paying!). Now all I have to do is tell OH and the kids, somehow I don't think they're going to take it too well.CC2 = £8687.86 ([STRIKE]£10000[/STRIKE] )CC1 = £0 ([STRIKE]£9983[/STRIKE] ); Reusing shopping bags savings =£5.80 vs spent £1.05.Wine is like opera. You can enjoy it even if you don't understand it and too much can give you a headache the next day J0

Aw, that will be nice for you though unixgirluk, may be just what you need and give your family a chance to fend for themselves.
I received interest on my savings account of £16 so have added that and have been paid from another mystery shopping company, so that £25 to add. Have a few mystery shops lined up for the weekend and have placed two small matched bets so will make about £8.00 from that, every little helps. Have no more mystery shops lined up for next week as yet though, so am hoping some more come in and soon, otherwise i think i'll have to start refocusing on matched betting!:j Live on £4500, £2531/£4500:T 101 in 1001 (52/101):j:beer::j

Hi everyone,
Just a quick update as myself and OH have been paid for some extra work we did this month and it is just enough to finish the MBNA card. :j It feels good to be able to cross one off my list. Would be great if we could do this every month, but unfortunately it is a 'one off'.
Otherwise, just plodding on over paying £500 a month from our wages. This has not been as easy this month due to increase in petrol, etc, but we are just managing.
Need to think of other money making ideas if we are to pay off all our debts by Christmas.0 -
That'll be nice Unixgirl...hope you have a great time.Every bit all helps Andan..never dared to do MBing I'm a coward.Jess well done on clearing another card and I know how you feel about the increase in bills I really noticed it when all my bills went out on the 1st but as long as I can keep up with the bills and overpay something it's a step in the right direction.
Well done everyone x0 -
Howdy all - thanks to payday (not a day too soon) I have paid another £1282 off my debt. Lower than my monthly target of £1600 but I have a holiday to look forwards to so fingers crossed I can make it up again.
Just off to update my siggy. Well done all for the progress this week.£34,547 (Dec 07); Current debt: £zilch (Debt free December 2010)
