If say the football league does decide to declare season null & void like the Dutch, would section 75 cover a refund?
Given that I've paid for 23 league games but only received 19 friendlies

    Simple terms NO.
As you have had what you paid for. A ticket to watch football. Fact that they could make the league null & void is nothing to do with the season ticket price.

Just think how Liverpool fans will be feeling if they do. 🤦‍♂️

See further post below eskbanker's to make it more clear.
I haven't had what's paid for, that's the point. What I've had has been downgraded to meaningless.

Even if the matches are voided as far as the leagues are concerned, they weren't meaningless when they were actually being played so the OP got what he had paid for.  I would expect a pro-rata refund for games not played in front of fans.
If it's voided then results are expunged.
By very definition, they are meaningless

Anyway, it sounds like FL are pushing for ending rather than voiding (I suspect in part to avoid situation I mention)
However in my case there's still an issue of loss of games v loss of early bird discount next year. Which is entirely a club matter rather than any lefal matter

As I think completing the season is unlikely, I think the most likely scenario is ending the season and using some sort of points per game determination to decide placings so as you say the games you've already watched were "valid" games.
I also think that there is not much possibility of us watching in stadiums next season. How the clubs untangle that I'm not sure.

    Who is your team btw?

No matter what they decide to do. You have seen X amount of games. Check the T/C and no where will it state anything about the league having to be completed or titles/regulation being set.
You maybe offered a pro-rata refund. But any REAL fan will offset that against the cost of next seasons, season ticket.

Personally, I think they should wait till September and finish this season off up to christmas. Play the cup matches and have a Covid 19 cup. Then we will see a nice fresh team for Euro 21
Just forget the whole 20/21 season. That way there are no winners or losers from all the games already played.

Maybe so, but they weren't meaningless when you watched them.

A £1 scratch card with the chance to win £1m,  becomes "meaningless" after I've scratched and not won. Should I be able to claim back my £1?

If I buy a season ticket that states i am buying access to say 19 homes games in what ever league they are in  Then that is what I have paid for. If no games are played or up to 18 games are played then I have not received what I have paid for. If the "Club" Ltd do not compensate me adequately and my ticket costing over £100.01 plus  was bought with a credit card then I would consider a S75.
How many £1000 season tickets would pay for kevin de broillers weekly wage ?

Ah right a football player I presume. No apology needed and no offence intended, I don't follow football at all. My preferred sport is MotoGP, WSBK and BSB.
