My club (Leicester) have announced that the monies paid for my season ticket (last payment was this month) will be held over until a final decision is made about whether matches are played with spectators (in which case the ticket is valid), played behind closed doors or cancelled (in which case they will arrange pro rata refunds or give money off next season ticket). Furthemore they also said any fans struggling to make the final monthly payment could contact them and they would help.
Seems pretty fair to me!1 -

Along with the Premier League, we are fully committed to concluding season 2019/20 as soon as it is safe to do so.
If any matches are re-arranged with fans not in the stadium or any matches are cancelled entirely, those that have bought tickets for these games, whether as part of a season ticket or for an individual match, will be offered a credit for next season or a refund. Further details will be shared at the appropriate time.My season ticket for 2020/21 was due for payment in early April, and they have also indefinitely extended the payment due date - which is quite helpful as it’s not cheap and means I can keep hold of the money for a bit longer.

Even if the matches are voided as far as the leagues are concerned, they weren't meaningless when they were actually being played so the OP got what he had paid for. I would expect a pro-rata refund for games not played in front of fans.5

Interestingly the season ticket scheme at Leicester is very good and allows anyone to pay for their tickets in 10 installments without any loan, interest charges or credit checks. Since you start paying for the ticket at the start of June, by the time the season kicks off (in normal times) you've paid at least 3 installments. If someone does not pay then the club can just void the ticket to prevent access to the stadium. It's been this way for several years and works very well and allows even younger supporters to spread the cost but without impacting on credit scores (yes - I know they're a made up thing before one of the regulars makes the point but you know what I mean!)

if i buy a season ticket with an airline for 19 flights in year 19/20 and they state that they are unable to complete the last 5 or 6 flights I would want a refund. if my footbal club season ticket covers me for 19 home games ata minimum and i see only 14 or 15 then I want at least a refund pro rata from the club at minimum.

In Leicester's T&C's: (no mention of a minimum number of matches)
A Season Ticket admits the bearer to occupy his/her seat indicated on the Season Ticket at the relevant Match consisting of The FA Premier League/English Football League First Team home league matches played by the Club at the Stadium for the 2019/20 season only. All other cup or friendly matches or any other matches in which the Club is involved in and/or participates in and/or any other events held at the Stadium are excluded from a Season Ticket, unless announced and/or communicated to you by the Club in advance.

Personally my club can keep my money I am a supporter not a customer they need my support now more than ever. My club is owned by a billionaire, he has guaranteed to pay all staff what they are due even those who were only contracted to work for the club on match days so my money is just a drop in the ocean. Whilst I hope this event will bring some sanity to the money paid to average players who get premium money I also want my club to survive.
I started with nothing and I am proud to say I still have most of it left.2
