I would like to ask the court just to transfer the case into my name and leave the missis out of it at the stage we are at
    You can't.

Your wife is the Defendant so she was meant to respond with a witness statement about what happened and why she doesn't believe there was any contract with the driver...unclear, tiny font signs etc.  The usual stuff that wins cases.  Plus the abuse of process of adding a false £60.

You can't write a witness statement, she must.  You can't go to court.  She must.

Ok so I think I have found discrepancy in the money pls see redacted claim form attached just going through figers and dates on other documents.

So are we saying they can not add the 50 quid Legal Reps costs ?
Nope, they can legitimately claim that. What's in dispute is the £60 'contractual costs' they've claimed. You've got a lot of reading to do (and understanding to achieve) before you your wife is to be able to defend this robustly.

^^ Nice piece of helpful advice to a fellow traveller attempting to fend off a predator. Thank you, it really helps out overstretched regulars who are expected to know everything from answers to impossible complex legal questions right through to whether an email is preferable to a letter (and should that be sent first or second class!).

The more those just entering the fray can help others, even if not direct parking issues, the better we collectively tackle this pernicious plague.

Contract Wem & UKPP plus Screen Shot
      More to follow
According to the Companies Act 2006, for a contract to be executed it must be signed by two authorised signatories from each party, or a director and witness from each party.  An authorised signature is defined by the Act as a director or a company secretary.

According to Companies House, [Remove by Forum Team] does not appear as either a director or company secretary of Wembley Park Limited (Company number 00223957) in the filing history entered for 2016 or 2017. Consequently he was not an authorised signatory as defined by the Act, therefore the contract was not executed wthin the strict requirements of the Act.

Whilst Steve Cheetham was a director of UKPPO at the material time, his signature was not witnessed, so again this fails the strict requirements of the Act.

No contract has been shown to exist between the PPC and the Landowner, nor the Landowner and Wembley Park Limited authorising the latter to act on their behalf (you need to determine the identity of the landowner if you want to make this statement). Therefore UKPPO have failed to show that they have authority with or flowing from the operate at the site in question.

Private Parking Company's will get all these loop holes and challenges locked down making things harder and harder
No, the opposite is likely to happen.

I think the time will have to come when Direct Protest at retail parks Extinction Rebellion Style  along with pressure on MP's to legislate to make things a lot lot fairer for the motorist and also  tackle local council PNC so they all have to operate in a uniform way.
Errrr...but that already happened last year:

The single Code of Practice has just been delayed in its discussions by the pandemic, I'm sure.

It would be helpful to get this stopped before a hearing as my wife has no chance of doing this in court and I will not be allowed to do it for her.
Yes you can (although she has to be there with you) - check out 'Lay Representative' via Google. You have more reason than most if your wife's command of the English language is not optimal.
