And forget the stuff about who the registered keeper is or isn't.

BTW, I have NEVER seen a recent (since the POFA 2012) PCN from UKPPO that fails to give a 40% discount so I suspect the photocopy they sent was just blurred.  Everyone knows about the 40% discount - all PPCs know - so it makes no sense that it would reduce to £80 and I would wonder who altered it.

None of the above will win your case.

You need to read other BW Legal threads.

Are you at Witness Statement stage?

    What is one of these?
Defence Submunition xxx V UK Parking Patrol  xxxxxxxx

    Definition of submunition

: any of a group of smaller weapons carried as a warhead by a missile or projectile and expelled as the carrier approaches its target (like a cluster bomb).
Hoping to blow the PPC out of the water perhaps?
Please note, we are not a legal advice forum. I personally don't get involved in critiquing court case Defences/Witness Statements, so unable to help on that front. Please don't ask. .

I provide only my personal opinion, it is not a legal opinion, it is simply a personal one. I am not a lawyer.

    You don't need a solicitor.
We are the experts in this field and have been doing this for a decade (or more).
We have a 99% win rate but please show your defence and tell us if you are at WS stage?

I realised £80.00 made there contract with Wembley Park LTD invalid
    No it doesn't.

What did the defence say exactly and what stage are you at?

But we have not seen any evidence that the PCN only offered £80 as the discount, and we've never seen a UKPPO one do that.  This is all really odd and the defence sounds so scatter-gun that I am concerned that this OP has missed the important points...

I reckon the PCN offered £60 and was just a blurred copy that looked like £80, and the entire point of defence points and evidence that wins such cases, is being missed by this OP who is going off on extreme tangents about how he put the car in his partner's name, etc.

The Unfair Terms in Consumer Contract Regulations 1999 applies

No it doesn't.  That was incorporated into the Consumer Rights Act in 2015.

I am not convinced by the blurred copy of the NTK and it is not the crux of the case; contract law and consumer rights/clarity of terms, and maybe the POFA, are.

The full names of both Mr and Mrs S are still visible in that Defence. As is the VRM. Both several times.

You appear to have made some attempt, not a very good attempt, at obliteration the vehicle reg no in those PCN images but left it in full view in the text of the PCN - together with the PCN number.

The parking companies are known to haunt this place just waiting for people to trip themselves up and can try and use your posts against you.
