They sent by post a copy of the Parking Charge Notice that Stated the charge was for £100.00 discounted to £80.00 if paid within 14 days this original copy of the Notice is now with the county court at Willesden.

You should always keep originals. Only send copies anywhere - even the court.

Of course, take originals to any hearing.

Stop with the rant. Focus on the queries
Why do you only have a photocopy? What happened to the original?
If they created the photocopy, are they now disputing the authenticity of it?
SHOW US A COPY of these docs. Would be much better if we could actually see
    - your "original"
    - their altered version
    - their WS submitting the altered version.

Your defence - which we havent seen - should have put them to prof of authority from the landowner to them. But you uave their exhibits already, yes/ Meaning if theyre not in the exhibits now, theyre not going to send it...
No, youre not going to do that unless you issue a witness summons, leaving you liable to their costs.
You know about the requiremetns for a contract to be VALID, yes? In terms of who is allowed to sign?
You have stil not shown me anything

10 page defence?!?!?! THats 5 times longer than it shoud be...

Youve yet to answer the questions posed, nor show us your TEN PAGE "defence", which I imagine is not the best, and now youve added somethign else into the mix which frankly makes no bloody sense?
Who is the car registered to then? Her? You? Bob the Martian? who is the defendant - the RK?

    You attach it
But it its ten pages, i doubt many will want it
I have asked you twice, now three times, for the
    - oriignal photocopy
    - why you only have a photocopy and not the original
    - their exhibit showing the different amount
    - their witness statement where they make the claim that you atered it.
This is really, really useful to have if we are to make ANY sense of what youre putting down.
No , it is not an offence, and I have no idea whatsoever of its relevance here.

So the car belongs to me and I put it into her name without her knowledge because I was going to give it to her but could not complete the gift for insurance reasons
    That's fine.
The Registered Keeper is not necessarily the owner.

Yes, she can be the RK - even without her knowledge/permission.

Ok so how do I show the defence sorry new on here ?
What I am saying is can a person be made The Registered Keeper of a car without there knowledge or consent ie they never authorised any one including DVLA to put the car into her name or me ( I know this might be an offence but its the truth)
So the car belongs to me and I put it into her name without her knowledge because I was going to give it to her but could not complete the gift for insurance reasons
The only two questions are "Who is named on the V5C and in whose name is the claim?"  Only the person named on the claim form from CCBC can defend the claim.  If it is not you, you can, of course help the RK but it has to be submitted in their name.

You seem to have posted on a thread by Leviathan747 and it is three word documents.  Your name address and case number are all over the documents, suggest you take those down NOW and post ONLY on your thread once you have redacted the word documents.
