    We don't mean the defence.

Redact any information that identifies your wife, you, your address or the vehicle's VRM.
Please note, we are not a legal advice forum. I personally don't get involved in critiquing court case Defences/Witness Statements, so unable to help on that front. Please don't ask. .

I provide only my personal opinion, it is not a legal opinion, it is simply a personal one. I am not a lawyer.

Can't you consolidate those into a single pdf. I don't think many will want to chug through downloading 13 individual files.

You identifier details are showing on the covering letter from BWL. Redact them please.

We asked to see YOUR WS and evidence.   They've done their side, what about you?

We told you that a defence was not your only job, so where is YOUR bundle that you signed, dated and filed and served in time?  As per the order from the court giving you a hearing date, where it said what you and the Claimant had to do 'not later than' (usually) 14 days prior to the hearing.  When's the hearing?

There are loads of FREE programs to covert Word (or other documents) to .pdf, sometimes you have to put up with adverts.

Wow, this is really looking like a dog's dinner of a case. The RK denying being the RK, 'power of attorney' being transferred, the OP attempting to defend in his name on the RK's behalf, the Metropolitan Police dragged into things and an accusation of both fraud and of perverting the course of justice levelled at the PPC and their legals. This should be a film!  Pity Agatha Christie is no longer with us!

To me it is well beyond a simple parking ticket and well outside of the main scope of this forum (certainly beyond me for sure).  Maybe the OP should try the LegalBeagles forum to see if a legal mind can separate the wood from the trees on it?
