I've had another thought!  Could you join in the Zoom meetings to help?  Although of course you need to WI or, as you're at target, you can say you haven't got any scales and just post MAINTAIN to keep your account open!  It's certainly an option to consider which might help you!

The toilet thing is definitely a problem though!

I do Zoom on Monday's , just missed last weeks she just puts maintain anyway :D
The toilet thing is a problem when you are naturally a big drinker anyway.
I have just done all the veg for dinner and made a jelly and when the oven goes on for the meat i will put a quiche in
    Thanks Denise x

Are there disabled toilets anywhere near where you go?  If there are it might be worth getting a Radar key.  They're not very expensive and could be invaluable for you.  They're available online - even Amazon sell them!  Think they're something like £3.99 for 2.

Better than a gain coxy. Keep going.

It seems it's difficult bubbs because your usual timetable is all to pot . I'd suggest putting some fruit in your bag like satsumas or a banana to have when you're out and then perhaps, if you're hungry,  having a coffee and a small mid morning snack when you get back (like a piece of quiche or a Scotch egg) until you have a proper lunch and reset your timetable. Or you could make yourself a portable breakfast like overnight oats and make a point of stopping to eat it even if it's in the car straight after you've dropped off DH. I'd try and just brave it out until MrB's hours get back to normal, toilets open and you've finished work then you can plan a new, more permanent, long term timetable. I don't want to go back to group out of target range but if I do then I'll just have to do my best to get back ASAP. Even if I gain a few pounds,  it'll only be a fraction of what I lost to get here.

It's a shame your kitchen gets so hot. Is that something to do with lodges? Expect it's a bonus in winter time though.

I had a few gins last night as I didn't fancy wine. So lower syn but I didn't measure them as I was being daring! One slip up yesterday was wasting 5 syns on sardines, fortunately I had plenty to spare. After I'd opened the tin, I realised they were in oil rather than water. That'll teach me to read carefully and not just assume tins are in the right place on the supermarket shelves. Also DD1 kindly bought me some grapefruit squash from Waitrose as I've been having problems getting it from Sainsbury's. Fortunately I checked and it's 2.5 syns a glass and I have at least 7 large glasses a week! That's not opened so it'll be going to the food bank and if I can't get my usual I'll go back to Ribena or try lemon.

I portioned up the Bolognese for the freezer and kept some out for my lunch. We've been invited to a barbecue lunch on Tuesday. I'm really looking forward to chatting with some friends so pleased I saved some syns on Friday night. I'll check in the morning but I reckon I'll have the best part of 50 syns spare for the rest of the week by tomorrow.

    Today's EE plan-
B- NAS grapefruit, baked beans (F), HEB toast, fried egg, bacon (P), HEA milk
L- JP (F), Bolognese sauce (P,S), pickled cabbage and pickled onions (S)
D- roast beef (P), SW roast potatoes (F), r, swede, mixed greens, cauli, broccoli, red cabbage (S)
Syns - horseradish 1, gravy 4, weekend wine

I eat a tonne of fruit already and am aware of the natural sugar , i mean like 7-8 bits a day!! that and boiled eggs are my go too, yes it is to do with the lodge and no not a bonus in the winter , it's ok once it is up to temp longs you keep it there and it does not hold the heat like bricks.
The breakfast idea is ok when i am not at work, but although they know i will be later because of his hours i just want to get there and get it done 🤣 Suppose i am making hard for myself, but it's just how i feel at the moment.
I will be ok, will get there,, would much prefer to be up and out for half 6 though

If you don't mind getting up early bubbs could you get up say half hour earlier so you could have something to eat or would that be too early for you (it certainly would be for me!).  I used to get up at around 5am when I was working and left home just before 5.45am so definitely no time for breakfast so used to take my breakfast with me to work!  Usually fruit & yoghurt but sometimes I'd make porridge (as long as it was a Monday so the microwave was clean, LOL!) but that would be shortly before 8am.

I do like to eat regular meals though even now.  So breakfast around 8 - 8.30; lunch around 12.30-1pm and dinner around 6pm.

Good luck on getting your mojo back!

I'm sure you will work it out bubbs. It wouldn't take you more than 10 minutes to eat something before you start work though. Be kinder to yourself. 😉
I agree about the regular meals. I don't think it's so much that the plan won't work (provided you eat the right thing) but I find that 3 decent meals means I'm not looking for snacks. I've never been an early riser but used to get home late from work so we never eat early in the evenings. My meals tend to be 8 o'clock, 1 o'clock and then about 7.30pm to 8.00pm although I sometimes have to adjust that a little if I'm going out in the evening or they put my team on the tv! 😁⚽

Moaning is allowed bubbs. 😉 I think we're all doing brilliantly to stick with it during lockdown. I read something in the paper today that it's official that people in the UK carry more fat than pigs! 😁🐖
I thought about making Yorkshire pudding today but changed my mind because of the slip up with the sardines and my invitation to a possibly off plan meal on Tuesday. 🙂
