Well done on your loss CTWD. That's excellent!
It's really difficult to manage all the different bits of conflicting 'advice' coming from the various governments. I think part of the problem is a lack of consultation although the pandemic is at different stages in different parts of the country to a slight extent. I'm finding it very stressful (that's the illogical advice not the lockdown) but thank goodness it's not driving me to comfort eat (or drink) YET!
Don't know if anyone else has a problem but posting is a bit hit and miss lately. I generally post on my desktop or my phone and any editing or highlighting and sometimes adding smileys is erratic. It could be my mouse though as it's worse on the PC than my phone. I'll have to ask DH if it happens when he's using it.
Timing today's meals is a bit of a problem too. My team's on TV tonight for the first time. But because my team's not a 'big' club, we're relegated to the six o'clock game which cuts right across when I'd be cooking normally. I'll do all the prepping I can but then I'll be using my phone to time everything and run back and forth to the kitchen to put things in the oven at the right time. We should get to eat about 8 p.m.! Alternatively I could do what the adverts seem to be suggesting which is have a take away or eat pizza in front of the box!!
I'll post menu later after I've done my meal plan and shop.

Ham looks lovely coxy.
I did my meal plan and shop. Very easy, just 40 minutes from joining the queue to back in the car.
I had a sort of frittata/Spanish omelette today for lunch because I had some cold potatoes to use up. It was delicious an surprisingly more filling than just an ordinary omelette. I'll certainly do it again.
Today's EE plan-
B- NAS grapefruit, skinny syrup, banana (F), porridge HEB, milk HEA
L- Spanish omelette (P,F,S), ham (P), beetroot (S)
D- Fake KFC (P), SW chips (F), asparagus, broccoli, tomatoes and mushrooms (S)
Syns - weekend wine (or maybe gin)

Morning all. Another nice day this morning, a little breezy but not windy like yesterday. Another machine load of washing on which I've now hung out.
Hope you enjoyed the football maman. I'm not a fan of footy, fortunately for me DH isn't bothered either so I don't have to put up with watching it!
Not planning on doing much today but might sit out in the garden later if the breeze disappears!
Today's plan:
B - fry up - bacon, egg, mushrooms, tomatoes, beans - P; S; F
L - pulled pork wrap with salad - P; S; HEB
D - steak, chips, mushrooms, onions, asparagus - P; S; F
HEA - milk
HEB - wrap
Syns - none planned (had too many yesterday as I always do when I drink wine!)

Football was unusual denise but my team won so quite pleased with that.
I managed dinner around it quite well and we were sitting down to eat within 10 minutes of final whistle!
Unexpectedly for me I didn't have a drink last night. I had a headache most of the day (think it's my sinuses messed up by the air pressure) so thought drinking wine on top wasn't a good idea. I feel better today fortunately. So, unusually I started Saturday with 105 syns in the bank!
I'm planning to do a bit of batch cooking this afternoon. I find I'm using up things from the freezer more quickly as they're usually my flexible meals if we come home late or can stay in the freezer go out to eat unexpectedly. I'll put Bolognese in the SC and cook up brown rice and pilau. I'd rather do a lot and freeze it as it's then as quick and simple as a microwave pouch (and many of those have syns and cost silly money).
Today's EE plan-
B- NAS grapefruit (F), scrambled eggs (P), HEB toast, HEA milk
L- sardines (P) and beetroot (S), yogurt (P?) and fruit (S)
D- Aldi curry (P,S), extra veg (S), HM pilau, SW chips (F),
Syns- HP sauce 1, curry 1, wine???

Do you know why TIE? I'm sure you'll shift that this week if you stick to plan, says she who really didn't last night!
We're having internet issues at.the moment. Have only just logged on again after having none since shortly after I posted this morning.
Pleased for you maman that Southampton won. May the wins continue for what's left of the season.
