You're doing fine coxy. I did the maths and you can have 20 rum and cokes! 🥃🤣🥃🤣🥃🤣
Nope, you can have 23.6 for 59 syns!  Rum is lower syn than gin at 2.5 - why do you think I drink rum in preference to gin most of the time?  Well apart from the fact that I like it!  LOL!

I do wish I had the room for an Actifry but not possible, just don't have the space for one!  I can only have one thing on my work surface all the time and I've chosen it to be my Kenwood Chef - I use it for loads of stuff, particularly when making soups (liquidiser), grated veg (food processor).  Don't get the use out of the main mixing part that I used to as very rarely make cakes, pastry etc!

Just to let you both know maman and bubbs the instant mash was a hit!  Although DH said he'd prefer even more seasoning added!  So will try to do better next time, LOL!

bubbs no I didn't know you live in a lodge.  I haven't got any spare cupboard space either as I don't have any wall units!  I only have my big larder cupboard which already houses my slow cooker, Remoska, Pressure King Pro as well as all the tinned & packet goods!  Definitely no room for an Actifry!

Wow! There’s me getting my fix of the Sewing Bee and you were all trying to max out my alcohol syns  :D Good to know you have my back lol! I’m a bit of a lightweight though and can happily nurse a single rum n coke all evening!!
3k run this morning - think I should get extra kudos as it was raining!
B - 2 weetabix (HEB), skimmed milk (HEA)
    L - tuna salad
D - pasta with smoked salmon - I need to work out the syns so will update later.
    Back later

What will you be putting with your pasta and smoked salmon that will need syns Coxy?  By the way we really weren't trying to get you to max out your alcohol syns, just saying how many you could have!  Wish I could sit and nurse just one rum & ginger beer all evening!  I definitely couldn't manage 20 odd though, I'm not that bad, LOL!  Well done on the run in the rain, if it was anything like it was here you would have been looking like a drowned rat!!!

    Today's plan:

    B - boiled eggs, asparagus - P; S; 2
    L - smoked salmon & crab stick salad - P; S; F
D - pulled pork, green beans, corn on the cob, asparagus, potato of some sort (not sure how yet!) - P; S; F

    HEA - milk
HEB - not sure but have bought some Hifi bars this morning in Iceland so may have a couple of those
    Syns - tsp butter 2

You all have me craving KFC now!  Might have to see what I have in the freezer / cupboard for tomorrow...

Just got back from my blood test at the hospital - probably the easiest one I've ever had.  Have a couple of things on my to-do list to get through today but nothing too taxing; still not feeling 100% ok head wise but carrying on with the healthy eating and exercise.

B - Branflakes (HEB) and skimmed milk (1/3 HEA - I don't like much milk on my cereal!)
L - Korean salad (mixed leaves, beansprouts, peppers, carrot, red onion, edamame, fried egg)
D - LO Chinese style curry (baby corn, more beansprouts, mushrooms, peas), rice
S - 40g reduced fat cheddar (HEA), kvarg raspberry yogurt (0.5 syns), hot chocolate (2 syns)
