It could well be not eating enough because you have made some changes in past couple of months. How do you do overnight couscous? Is it savoury?
No i don't think it is, i put a layer of fruit, layer of couscous, then today i added a drop of water because last time i had it i nick named it coughing couscous( because it was dry and made me cough 🤣)then greek yoghurt and finished with a layer of frozen berries and a splodge of skinny syrup to sweeten

Maz 2lb is a good loss.  Don't be disappointed!  Men tend to lose more than women for some reason, doesn't seem fair considering they're allowed 10 syns a day more than us, LOL!

Well done maz. Sadly, it's a fact that men lose more quickly. ☹️ But 2lbs is a good loss just the same. 👋👋👋

Thanks bubbs. So, much the same as overnight oats but not using your HEB. 🙂

  • Well done Maz - a loss is a loss and should always be celebrated!

Having a struggly day today (is that even a word?!) I feel bloated and just want to eat stodge. I've resisted, but it took all my willpower not to tuck into the kids toad-in-the-hole and cheesy pasta bake (leftovers night tonight). Our diner is nearly ready - Cajun chicken breast, stuffed mushrooms and green beans. I'm going to use my 2nd HEXA for some cheese on the mushrooms to make it a bit more comforting. I'm going out for either a long walk or a bit of a jog later. I've managed 3k (very, very slowly) over the last couple of attempts, but a jog nonetheless. That should take my mind off chocolate!

    B - Skyr, peach, blueberries, 1/2 grapefruit
L - Ham speed salad, satsumas x2, Quavers
D - Cajun chicken, stuffed mushrooms (pepper, onion, herbs), cheese, green beans
HEXB - prunes. HEXA - milk for drinks, HEXA2 - cheese
Syns: Quavers (4.5), Choc shot (drink) - 1 syn

Your dinner sounds delicious CTWD. Yum! Thank goodness ours is almost ready. 😋
You're going to try not to miss meals bubbs. You could have your HEB at lunchtime. 🙂
