    Hi all,
Chin up Bubbs you’re doing so well and I agree that your food always looks amazing.
CTWD - great attitude but no rabbit food required, otherwise you will feel deprived!
I ran 5k this morning and shaved 10 seconds off my fastest time  B)
    Food today:
B - 2 weetabix (HEB), semi skimmed milk (HEA) have run out of skimmed(!)
L - jacket potato (1), leftover roasted veg from yesterday - leeks, carrots, courgettes (S), grated cheese (HEA)

D - baked fish, Savoury rice, peas
    Snacks - Apple, crab sticks
    Have a good evening all.
    Coxy xx

Coxy if you use a small grater rather than the normal one it'll seem like you're having loads more!  I always use the small grater to make it look as though I'm having a decent amount of cheese!  30g doesn't go very far (I don't do reduced fat because DH isn't keen so I just buy normal Extra Mature cheddar).  The other thing I do is to use some parmasan rather than cheddar as that seems to go even further.

bubbs once you stop working, even while DH is on odd hours, will you be able to grab breakfast when you get home from dropping him off before having to get on with whatever you'll be busy doing?

That's terrible bubbs.  They're supposed to be doing the Zoom meetings as near as possible to the physical group meetings.  Suppose tomorrow isn't convenient, are you supposed to just miss it?  Think I'd be considering a complaint to Head Office.

GTQ did you make the sloppy joes yourself?  There's a syn free version of the Slimmingeats website!  It's not something I've every had but then I don't like sloppy food at all!
