I am still out of target, but only by 2 1/2lb now not 4!!!
Food was better today too 😁
Crustless quiche and nectarine for brekkie

WWwrap with left over fajita(cooked a bit extra) in for lunch, nectarine and a pear

Salad and chicken i am having for tea, think im going to skin some drummers and do them in actiΒ D

Denise i wouldn't mind but i was social team, oh yes ok for me to do that, but won't be doing it any more πŸ˜‚πŸ˜‚πŸ˜‚
I'm social team as well but have only had one text from consultant since lockdown and that was to remind I was due to send it my weight - which I wasn't as I'd done it 2 weeks earlier! Β It was 8 weeks into lockdown and it was a reminder to all target members who had opted not to do the Zoom meetings! Β She couldn't even be bothered to make sure she only sent it to people who needed to send it. Β So like you won't be doing it when we go back. Β To be honest the only I'll be going is, likeΒ maman in order to keep access to the syns on line!

Back from our BBQ. Fortunately, DH didn't take it the wrong way when I said how much I enjoyed a decent conversation. 😁
We had a healthy meal on the face of it, smoked salmon starter then chicken, salads and new potatoes. But there were syns in dressings. Then a sort of rhubarb crumble type pudding with more obvious syns and then wine. πŸ˜‹πŸΈ Don't think I'm into overdraft though and back on it 100 % tomorrow. 😁

I make a quiche with a mashed potato base which is a more filling bubbs. Or would your DH eat cold, new potatoes alongside his quiche to fill him up. Or perhaps cold, low syn sausages? Or chicken drumsticks?

Glad you were amused at me playing Speed CopΒ coxy. I didn't want to offend. I still think you have tiny meals though. Half a pouch of risotto and some green beans wouldn't fill me up. I'm greedy. πŸ–πŸ˜‹

bubbs I think you might have to tell him he needs to give you some ideas of what he will eat! Β If he won't eat chicken drumsticks how about deboned, deskinned chicken thighs? Β Most of the things I'd suggest would be egg based which isn't a good idea on a daily basis, LOL! Β Would he eat cold mini toad in the hole? Β I used to make individual ones which chopped up butchers sausages which worked out at 1 syn each (made up batter mix with 50g flour, egg & water - equal quantities by volume not weight) with butchers sausages chopped up with 2-3 small pieces in each.

Might be worth a look on the SW website under Features Β and type in Lunch Ideas or something similar. Β Might have some ideas he'd eat.

He just says what can i have , he said well i will have crackers and said that wont work because they will go soggy and he would want butter on them 🀣🀣 and have to think it's breakfast and lunch, he has some at mid morning break and the rest a bit later.
    Men eh?!!

Have you looked for ideas on the website? Β Doesn't help that he won't have cold pasta and thinks rice only goes with curry! Β Don't suppose he'd eat cold curry & rice would he, LOL? Β My DH probably would but then he's a dustbin!

Does he eat noodles? Β Cold noodles (broken into pieces before cooking) mixed with sweet chilli sauce and something like stir fried or roasted veg might work. Β We sometimes have something like that for lunch when I need to make something ready for lunchtime when we're going out in the morning.
