    Fortunately, you've got a full bank of syns so best day to have the sandwich. It's very difficult when someone else gives you food, especially as they mean well. It's 10 syns, I looked it up. :smile:

    How are you making your Bolognese coxy? I add loads of Speed (mushrooms, peppers, carrots, courgettes) on top of the usual tomatoes and onions so no need for extra but if you do want the salad then it's all good. You don't need to cut back on the Bolognese though. I'm having that tonight. :smile: 

    Today's EE plan-
    B- NAS grapefruit (F), fried eggs (P), mushrooms, tomato (S), HEB toast, HEA1 milk
    L- LO hash and veg (F,S,P)
    D- SW Bolognese (P,S) with spaghetti (F) and HEA2 Parmesan
    Syns- not sure yet, football's on later. :wink:
