Hi all,
Sorry to see some of us struggling - sending virtual, socially distanced hugs. I've had a mixed day - just feeling bleurgh. No running as went to visit DSis and family (in the garden). It was DMum's birthday yesterday and she is part of their bubble. It's a 40 minute each way journey. Managed not to have to use the loo whilst there - small wins. Unfortunately I wasn't on plan foodwise:
B - banana, satsuma
L - quarter of egg mayo sarnie, 1 sultana scone with tbsp whipped cream and dsp jam (syns), a few crisps (syns) (Ringos - remember them?) and black coffee
D - we are having a raclette - steak, potatoes, mushrooms, peppers, cheese (HEA), pickles/gherkins, some sliced continental meat (some syns)
It's WI day tomorrow and not hopeful but sometimes these occasions crop up and you have to go with the flow. I won't beat myself up too much!
Hope you all have a good evening,
Coxy xx

I find Coxy that you can often get away with a "naughty" day the day before WI but you do need to be very careful the following week! Hopefully you'll be OK and have next week to get back on track properly without it affecting you! However even if it is a gain at lest you'll know where it's come from. As long as you enjoy the syns I certainly wouldn't worry! Nothing worse than not enjoying syns then it's a waste!

Thinking about raclette now . Yum! Takes me back to many happy memories of restaurants in France. 😁
It's always difficult when you eat at someone's home. It's unusual at the moment as we've not been able to be with family and friends for so long. Longer term though, it is well worth telling people that you're trying to lose weight. I remember my first consultant was very open about it and she would take her own burgers and sausages to barbecues. When people visit me they have to eat SW friendly food. I've never had any complaints. Maybe because I don't tell them. 🤔🤣1 -
Aww, sorry TIE. Are you not allowed to take microwave lunches in at all? Coxy Hope you enjoyed the scone, sounds yummy!
My days seem to revolve around whether I can get the washing out, and am cross that it didn't rain after all. I hate having laundry drying in the house. Lots of gentle strolling with the kids today so although I've nearly got my steps in, I don't really feel like I've done much. Coxy inspired me to try running again a couple of days ago, so I might go and do walk/slow waddle jog combo later. I didn't have any wine yesterday and am looking forward to a couple of glasses, but feel I need to earn them first.
B - Skyr, chopped apricot & apple, pomegranate seeds
L - LO bean/speed chilli (finally finished up!!), satsuma x 2
D - Either an egg/pastrami salad, or veg omelette with green beans. I really should make up my mind soon, bearing in mind it's dinner time!
HEXA - milk for tea/latte HEXB - haven't managed one yet. I may not bother today.
Syns: Mini milk from the icecream stand - 1.5

Morning all
Another beautiful morning so far
But not sure if we will have roast chicken & veg or salad yet depends how warm it getsSealed pot challenge number 003 £350 for 2015, 2016 £400 Actual£345, £400 for 2017 Actual £500:T:T £770 for 2018 £1295 for 2019:j:j spc number 22 £1,457Stopped Smoking 22/01/15:D:D::dance::dance:- 5 st 1 1/2lb :dance::dance:0 -
Morning all, lovely day here too. We're forecast to stay dry all day but could get cloudy later.
Not planning on doing much today probably just a bit of cleaning & hoovering. Still don't like the new website - decided I'm just going to use it to keep track of my Syns and nothing else - it's just not as easy to navigate as the old site. All it seems to do is list the foods you type in but they're not even alphabetical so really difficult to find what you want!
Today's plan:
B - fry up with sausages - sausages; egg; tomatoes, mushrooms & beans - P; S; F; 2
L - cheese on toast - HEA; HEB; P; F
D - roast pork dinner - P; S; F
HEA1 - milk
HEA2 - cheese
HEB - bread
Syns - sausages 2; may have a lolly later so 4 or 5 syns depending on which I have!
I'm only 2 syns over where I should be so if I stick with this I'll be in credit again for later in the week!
